Amazing art! The building is even more impressive but the fact they don't accept credit cards or have headsets in english or english translations anywhere made it hard to fully enjoy

I didn't find this museum as interesting as the others in CDMX. It's centrally located and worth popping into if you're nearby. My favorite part was a room dedicated to photography taken by some of the original French and Spanish explorers that also highlighted the building of the Mexican railroad and old Mexico City.

Always beautiful! Remarkable galleries, awesome architecture, and beautiful square. A Palace to admire! Delightful and wisely chosen temporary and varied galleries worth to spend some time and more if necessary.

The main pieces of important Mexican artists are not here. You would expect at least one Frida Kahlo's piece in the museum, but no, there is any.
Yet it has a good collection of works, and it is a very beautiful building to visit.

Love it! There is almost nobody from Monday to Friday, so it's perfect for enjoy all the expositions. The building is amazing!

Simply outstanding. The art is just as great with a great selection. There's a section with sculptures that also allows you to sample or touch the same sculpture with different types of materials used during their execution to better define the differences and difficulties with working those materials. I love this museum.
