  Terrible service. Terrible shipping times. They don't answer you. A telephone that they have as a contact is for a private person who has nothing to do with it. They do not solve anything for you. Very little seriousness.

  I did not know the store or physical or online, I am not sure how I found it, its prices and free shipping was what caught my attention, the website has its opportunity area because when I placed my order, what I did not appear I bought in the order but I contacted them through their Facebook page and they always answered very well, they kept me informed.
  They gave me the guide to my order through the Facebook chat. Shipping took a while, but once they shipped, my package arrived in 2 days. Free shipping went to the "airpost" package and arrived in good condition.
  It is a good store for its customer service, prices and products. Highly recommended to buy online.

  I bought an item to give it away, at the time of buying it and in order to sell it they told me that if they could change it, when I gave it back he told me that it would serve him a greater weight than I buy and when he bought it they only told me that there is no existence and that I only have 10 days to make the change, therefore I either keep it or I keep it, without giving me more options as a voucher to make the change when the other items arrive, apart from the fact that the invoice has not even arrived and neither They are not even specified in the referral that the exchange policies gave me, really terrible service and I do not recommend them at all
