I was only curious about getting a gastric sleeve done and after a short call with my representative, who was with me all the way through and after my trip/procedure in Mexico, we were already setting a date to get it done! Within just a few weeks I was flying down, where I was escorted by a driver who picked me up from the airport and returned me afterward.

They work with multiple clinics for various procedures, I rode back with a few patients who had glowing reviews about the clinic they went to and you can tell that they carefully select their partner clinics.

The clinic I attended was very small, only capable of housing 6 guests, there were doctors and nurses on staff around the clock seeing to my needs and checking in on me post-op for a few nights. All of the staff, from my representative to my coordinator (who work for MTC) to my clinic staff were endlessly patient, and very nice, most of them spoke either perfect English or enough to get by.

The pricing was very affordable and they were flexible with me on payment and scheduling options when I had an emergency funeral to attend just prior to my event. This allowed me to avoid canceling my trip and have my operation performed more or less on time.

This operation is already changing my life. I am already reviewing their other offerings. While there are likely many great competitors its difficult to find providers for these sorts of services that you can trust. After the wonderful experience, I had? I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Without a doubt, this was the best decision I've ever made for my health. The staff was excellent and attentive, the facility was sparkling clean, and I felt safe at every moment. I know some people are intimidated by travelling to a foreign country alone, but they made it easy and comfortable and I never had a moment's worry. I was picked up from the airport and taken straight to the hotel. I didn't have to worry about navigating any confusing directions, everything was done for me. The doctor was very attentive and is quite experienced and knowledgeable. In one year, I'd lost a large portion of my excess weight and in the next two, I lost more a bit more slowly, as is to be expected. In all, I lost 90 lbs and I feel amazing!
If you're on the fence about this, DO IT! I have absolutely NO regrets whatsoever.

Everything having to do with this experience (bariatric surgery) has been amazing. Right from the start the liaison was in great communication, and made sure I had all the data needed for registration, diet, transportation. I was picked up at the airport by a very nice driver, and never felt unsafe going through the US/Mexico border.
The hotel was just fine, and is attached to the hospital via walkway. The elevators are secure - you need a room key to operate them.
Once admitted to the hospital, the extremely competent staff took over. I was so well cared for! The nurses never made me feel bad for buzzing them once again, and were always available to help. The surgery went well, and while I'm still recovering I think I've had a fairly easy time of it. I've received prompt replies to questions I have had, and the post-op instructions are explicit and comprehensive.
To anyone considering surgery at this facility, I would say you will be in very good hands.

Beyond amazing. They were upfront with all fees from the beginning. Non stop support before, during and after my procedure. The facility was immaculate and the care was excellent. I highly recommend this service.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Amazing hospitality and I would recommend to anyone. Travel, hotel, surgery, all costs included. Smooth transitions and staff very responsive to emails and texts. Amazing driver. All the nurses and doctors were great. Overall 10/10. Thank you so much to Karen, Sheryl, Angel, and myna you were all so amazing to me!
