Me gustó, lindo concepto y cómodo para una noche, sin embargo si se me hizo un poco caro para lo que es. (mi habitación) no en general.

Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo. La atención es muy buena, esta muy cerca del centro a 2 calles el Callejon del beso a 2 el teatro Juarez. Altamente recomendable.

Un lugar muy acogedor y te la sensación de estar en el Guanajuato antiguo, la gente que te atiende muy amable en especial doña Tere la persona que da el desayuno. Realmente recomendable, he tenido experiencias en otros "hoteles" aquí más caros y muy malos. Está a sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido en cuanto a lugares de hospedaje en esta ciudad.

Good option in Guanajuato. Rooms vary a lot, some of the doubles are below ground so are obviously very dark. Upstairs rooms are large with high ceilings. The first room we had was bright and airy but unfortunately with the shutters open there was no privacy as people from across the laneway could see straight in. A simple net curtain would make a big difference. With the shutters closed it was dark and a little stuffy. It was also very noisy at night. We moved to a room at the back which was quieter and more private. The location is good just a short walk from the historic centre. The breakfast is all sweet, pastries, sweet yogurt, orange squash, jam and bread. Eggs would be very welcome. Wi-fi signal was very good in both rooms.

Unbelievable costumer service.
We got there late around 9pm its hard to find you better get the city guide when you enter the city will save you a lot of time and frustration anyway when we got at the desk and told the clerk our car parking is going to cust a fortune he called the hotel manager and 10 minutes later he came told us to falow him he took us to a very cheap parking even so it was closed but he ask the security to let us get in and than he drove us back to the hotel in his car
Its a beautiful city if you planing to go make sure stay here at this place its the best hotel I have ever seen close to everything clean old looking is like going back in time .,
