Best intercontinental breakfast in Irapuato I tried. Rooms are clean and the hotel is very recommended in comparison to other stays.

Nice hotel but impossible to sleep! The train line is just in front of the hotel and trains use the horn all night when they come close to road crossings, very loud.

Rooms have room service, the kitchen will deliver meals up to your room very nice. The beds are rather firm. The pillows are very fluffy (too soft for my liking) the towels are very rough. The toiletries are nice. The bar soap dries out my skin shampoo / conditioner is nice. Shower heads suck I brought my own I think room fee is like 140 USD per night. I'm here o a customers behalf so my room is negotiated down to 84 USD. They are very negotiable on room price. Gym is small but there is a variety of equipment. The pool is 10ft long by 5 ft wide by 4.5ft deep. They have a kids pool is like 3 ft deep and 3ft by 5ft small as well. Water temp is based on outside temp. Typically the water temp is very warm unless they just changed the water, in which case it's cool.

The restaurant is stunning, the decoration details are amazing and the environment is so efficient for works meetings, or professional events. The only problem I could found was the buffet: the ingredients wasn't fresh and the variety was so limited, the meet was overcooked and the service was a little slow. But it still a great option of work events.

Rooms were nice and clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, we were woken up almost every night by the train whistling, so would recommend that light sleepers look for a different hotel. It's possible that the rooms on the far end (away from the train tracks) are quieter.
