Lovely Boutique hotel in trendy Condessa. Nice area, comfortable facilities, trendy decor. Not the most inexpensive placebut well located.

We booked this hotel over three weeks ago for one night but when we arrived yesterday at 5pm they told us that our booking didn’t register in their system despite both of us having a confirmation number. They had all our info and confirmation receipt but they didn’t log it in their system and therefore did not have a room for us. They did not want to take any responsibility and kept blaming Expedia despite that they had our confirmation. They showed no remorse or accountability. They would not help us find a new hotel for that night - we were on our own there. When we tried to call the manager after he hung up on us. They were unhelpful, rude, and showed no sympathy or hospitality.

Maria Condesa is a really good small boutique hotel in la Condesa, in Mexico City,
Which is for me the best barrio to stay. It
Is central, with trees, parks, bars and restaurants. Less pollution too !! Nice rooms service!!response / report this review -

Great location for this hotel and a very nice staff. Rooms can be a bit dark depending on where they are located. Generous selection of complementary drinks in every minibar

A nice enough hotel, but a bit rough around the edges. They are doing some much needed refurb work at the moment and it's making the place very noisy and busy. The area it's located is in is wonderful - I'd save yourself the hassle and book an airbnb and skip the hotel and their sister restaurant.

Good ambiance!! Fashionable and comfortable. The location is great for a tourist, but not so much for a business person, unless the places to go to are nearby.
