Pues Siendo trámites de gobierno no puedes esperar mucho:
+ Asumen que conocemos los trámites y que estamos familiarizados con los papeles necesarios (algo que ellos manejan todos los días).
+ Las páginas no están actualizadas respecto a los papeles que debemos llevar.
Lo bueno del covid, es que ahora es con cita y es más ágil, menos lleno.

I went to update my Circulation Card and the procedure was fast, you only need a copy of the INE and original and the circulation card to update, its cost is $ 215 pesos. You must have all your documents and copies at hand to speed up the process if they do not make you spin. The staff that attends is a bit serious, but they are friendly and explicit with the information they provide. What must be improved are the processes implemented so that citizens can complete their procedures faster and be up to date with the tax system. They are taking good measures in the face of the pandemic, they check the temperature, they apply gel to you and they all wear their covers.

Terrible service, bad people and ask for a lot of documentation, in cases they ask for mochado to speed up the process, I have not been able to process the packaging of my vehicle because according to the documents are not and etc etc.

The lines start forming at 4:30 am. If you get there past 9 am, forget about getting license plates for a new car. It won't happen.
