They helped us find an incredible condominium in less than a week and then assisted us in the complex process of buying real estate in Mexico as foreigners. At every step of the way they are able to quickly answer our questions, find us the necessary experts, and ensure that we closed in a timely fashion.

Recently, I used Buy Playa and their exceptional realtor Sarah Fouts to assist me with the purchase of my new home in Mexico (coming from Canada). My experience with Buy Playa and Sarah was exceptional. I should note that I have worked in the real estate industry in Canada for the past 20 years and the service provided was beyond anything that I or my clients have experienced in Canada. Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty in her help and support to me and to this day she continues to help and support me with any dumb question that I might have (e.g. what do I do with my garbage? or how do I pay my electricity bill - Sarah came over to my new house and helped me set up an account with CFE on my computer). I cannot say enough good things about Buy Playa and Sarah in particular in making the whole transaction as smooth as it could have possibly gone. If you are from Canada or the US or really anywhere else I would strongly advise getting in touch with Buy Playa and Sarah. You will not regret it for a second and will appreciate it doing so more and more with each passing day after starting your new adventure.

Mike Shopmeyer has been a tremendous help to us - his approach was more advisor than salesperson: he really wanted us to make a good decision for our needs. A year later and he's still our go-to guy for all things Playa. Follow-up and follow-through have been impeccable. 100% recommend!

If you want a Playa Del Carmen Real Estate expert Rob Kinnon is the person I would recommend. He and his wife Michele are not only experienced and good business people--they are plain just GOOD PEOPLE. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends to them for a vacation home, condo or investments.

I would recommend Buy Playa for anyone that is looking to invest in Playa Del Carmen Real Estate. I am very happy with their knowledgeable staff and with their experience in the market place. Rob Kinnon was especially helpful in getting me the property I wanted. I am very happy with my vacation home in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
