Really great place to be. One of the best beaches of Tulum and great service
This place was incredible. It was a beautiful, relaxing, and quiet atmosphere. they offer a private package cenote tours, which was nice because we didn't have to organize anything, just say back and relaxed. Would highly recommend staying here!
Had an amazing experience, the bartender and manager were both very great people. They treated us like family and had great conversations over drinks a few times. Was there for 5 nights I will definitely be going again, only downside for me was the kitchen, there wasn't a big selection of food but what they had was still good. If you like rural, tranquil, laid back spots with low tech and electricity to just relax this is the spot for you. You can always take a cab to town if you want the party scene.
amazing place, hot (very humid) and sunny weather all the time. occasional rainstorms but theyre very fun. Lots of things to do and play!
Luvtulum was a wonderful place to stay. People were so nice and service was excellent!! Miss murrilio (the bartender/waiter) he made our trip perfect!
Terrible! Total bait and switch. We took our nanny and treated some friends to come along on our trip. We spent $5,000 for 6 nights. The rooms looked nothing light the photos on the website. When I complained upon arrival they said they used a photo of their nicest room and admitted all the other rooms were "different". Our rooms were dark and cramped. Will small windows and lit with one 40 watt lightbulb dangling from the ceiling. In the evening and early morning it was like a cave.
Overgrown plants in front of windows totally obscured the "ocean view" unless standing right at the window.
The patio furniture was cushions were ripped with dirty foam exposed and some chairs had the cushions missing and they didn't bother replacing.
When I booked the rooms they quoted the price in USD but charged me in pesos. The exchange rate they used was off and I was charged more then quoted.
This flea bag hotel is not in or near the town of Tulum. It's a 20 min cab drive to the town of Tulum. The road outside the hotel is a hell hole of constant bumper to bumper smog producing traffic.
The owner/manager Carlos was a sleazy used cars salesman type.
Run don't walk from this place.
Had a great experience, very peaceful and friendly boutique hotel. Spectacular views and beach! For sure will come back!
