The food that you get for the price, it's an absolute killer. The service is nothing to write home about. If you can ignore the service for the most part, you'll have a good time.

Great ambience. Good food. Service may lack some as others have described. Make sure you arrive before 7pm to catch the buffet. Fresh salads, soups and sides. Pasta made to order. Make sure you try the figs in red wine sauce. Delicious! Sit down and order your steak. Different cuts. Cooked to your liking. All you can eat as well. Food outweighs the mediocre service.
