The hotel is beautiful, yes, but it's not very well kept. The room wasn't very clean, and it was way too pricey for what we got. On the website it said that you could do the check-in at any time, but we had to wait 2 hours for our room. It also said breakfast buffet, but this was only true on the weekend. The staff at the desk was rude or uninterested with terrible customer service. The only nice people was one guy at the restaurant and the SPA lady.
Some parts of the path to get to the restaurant are poorly maintained and I hurt my ankle badly due to some loosen tiles.
Also, they said they had room service, but they didn't.

Es un hotel sencillo, no se deben esperar grandes acabados, la ubicación está muy buena y la atención del personal fue extraordinaria. Yo cambiaría las tarifas porque son un poco elevadas.

There is a person at the front desk with very poor customer service skills. Expensive for the type of service you get here. Go somewhere else

Its a beautiful place to visit, the church is small but so colorful and the people are amazing. You get to know religious people as they were once in all the world

Buen servicio y su ubicación es céntrica, aunque con algunos detalles. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y las habitaciones tienen cocineta pero tu mismo debes llevar tus utencilios para cocinar.

En general el hotel es bonito. El trato es muy cordial y las instalaciones están limpias. La alberca es pequeña y no tiene calefacción lo que imposibilita el uso ya que el agua está congelada. El WiFi no llega a las habitaciones. Si pueden elegir otro hotel háganlo!
