Recuerdo cuando me trajeron aquí mi madre y mi tía en 2015 cuando tenia 7, Me encanto por que yo fui a un lugar donde y me encanto por que yo fui a un lugar donde ensenaban algo como de noticias, y fue interesante. Caminamos y fui a otros lugares alli como donde creamos Sabritas y Chetos, en realidad me encanto. Tengo que admitir, no puedo explicarlo bien pero habia un cuarto, me meti alli y adentro fui y era como si fueramos reporteros de las noticias, tambien atras habia un lugar donde podias editar unas cosas y eso es todo lo que recuerdo y puedo explicar alli, fue interesante. Caminamos y fui a otros lugares alli como donde creamos Sabritas y Chetos, en realidad me encanto.

We absolutely love this place! It has been our fourth visit and we have never been disappointed. As you may know, the concept of this “park” is to be a city (or country?) where kids do everything. BTW, every building, vehicle, counter, etc. Is also kids size.There are (real life sponsored) manufacturing companies, hospital, banks, service companies, government agencies, transportation companies, stores, and even an airline. All in which, kids can make $ by working there (DHL deliveries for example) or spend $ participating of certain activities (such as AVIS rental car)They have their own currency; and there are so many activities, that we are realizing it will take many years of visiting to exhaust them all.

A terrible experience, and a waste of a day. The service is terrible, and the employees need more training in customer service. Just getting in and getting a "passport" took two and a half hours in part of an agonizingly, long, tedious day. Although there are 50 things you can do, because of the lines, we only got to do five things. Many of the popular activity that most to the Kids want to do, are very inefficiently organized. For example, in the construction site, they bring in a group of 12 kids and go through the training and get their harnesses on. This takes about 15 minutes. then they have some of the employees take that group through the obstacle course. In the meantime part of the crew is chatting it up in the bottom waiting for the other crew to finish. They could have easily gotten 12 more kids in there giving them the verbal training and gotten them into harnesses so that when the first group finished, the next group would go right in. But instead they wait for the first group to finish and then do the process all over again wasting 15 minutes at a time for the whole day. This is just one example of many that happened throughout the day. Kids cutting lines and nobody monitors or supervises. I noticed a very troubling hierarchy of Mexicans with lighter skin being attended first and Mexicans with darker skin being treated as second-class citizens. This was my personal observation. as a Mexican with light skin, I found this appalling. I'm giving this review as an American, having grown up in America, and maybe this is normal in Mexico and accepted. But I would caution Americans that you might be in for a bit of a culture shock. I would describe this place as what Disneyland would look like if it was run by Time Warner. Save yourself a lot of money and time and go visit one of the many free city parks. You'll have more fun, less stress, and have lots of money left over for eating great Mexican food. By the way, nowhere in kidzania can you find Mexican food! They have Pizza, Pasta, and sushi. The pasta was terrible, the pizza is meh, and the sushi is a chain that I've had before in other parts of Mexico and they're just okay.

So is a kids place but the people who work there sometimes forget that my kid drip a doughball that cannot cost more than 3 pesos maybe 5 and the lead of the activity told him he needed to leave because he was done this was a legit accident he wasn't playing around or nothing just had a human been moment and dropped it by mistake after wait I,g for an hour to do the activity don't think is fair they treat the kids like that since is a place for kids if he had not been payi,g attention or being out of control I totally. Understand I would ve second her since respect is very important in our home but that was not the case.

Kidzania is a city for children. Children can do fun activities, which they have to pay for with kidzos (the currency of kidzania). They receive 50 kidzos upon entering. When they have spent all their money, they can work ar different locations, like solving a crime at the police station or working at the post office, preparing pizzas at domino's etc. Parents only accompany their children, they can't participate or they can go to the parents' area to relax. Great for children 7 years and up, but there are also activities for smaller ones. In order to understand the mecanisms of "real life" I'd suggest school age, though. Very enjoyable, bring time!

All negative reviews on here are bs. This is the best place for children I have ever visited period! Hands down incredible. I'm from the US and I have brought my child to both Santa Fe & Cuicuilco locations. Wonderful experiences everytime we have visited. Wonderful friendly staff, very inexpensive, and extremely detailed to make the best memories. Very safe you place for kids. Excited about their new location opening in Guadalajara Mexico in 2018. Awesome company!

Expensive and terrible service. Very bad experience, instead of happy kids we got very frustrated kids. Not recommended for young kids. There are a lot of unsupervised kids running everywhere pushing young kids and sneaking on lines. The staff doesn't allow moms to satay close to the kids while in the activities and they don't supervise them well, they were so indifferent and careless with the little ones. They are not organized and it takes 30-45 minutes waiting time even for the simplest activities. There were 2 strong crashes between cars being driven by kids while we were there and we where there less than 3 hours. They charged us the same fee for 4 year olds than older kids and all we got to do was two bus rides and a firefighter activity than only on of our twins got the patience to wait for. Most of the staff were rude and definitely don't have a good attitude towards kids. I won't recommend these place, there are better options and they are even cheaper like the aquarium, Museo del Niño or the zoo. Save your money and avoid a crazy place with no supervision and long lines.

I brought my little cousins here and they had a great deal of fun, within a few minutes we arrived they met some other kids and went around the place for ours. I couldn't have chosen better.
