Nice, cozy, and inviting boutique hotel at WTC in Mexico City. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Roof top terrace is relaxing. Staff is friendly and courteous, and goes out of their way to assist guests.

Great looking place, enthusiastic and helpful staff and it's in a safe part of town. Only taking one star off since the room always seemed to be cold. This hotel is also not in a super fun part of town, it's a bit more corporate over here.

Very nice boutique hotel, close to everything downtown. Rooms are large, new and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and speak some English. I was here during the earthquake and everyone at the hotel was attentive and helpful throughout the ordeal. I will be staying here on any further trips to Mexico City.

I haven't been in the hotel. Just walk in trough the restaurant to have dinner. Service is amazing good and the food and plates were really nice. A little expensive if you analyze the cost/benefit relationship. Quiet place with a smooth atmosphere, wiich is an excellent environment for romantic or family meeting.

Had a five night stay enjoyed very much. Very clean hotel and the rooms are very large with awesome lighting, internet speed is awesome, nice large flat screen and good access to AC plugs for your electronic devices. Staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mexico city which is directly across from the W.T.C.
