This is a good basic hotel for the price. It looks like it was a nice hotel Once Upon a Time but it is pretty dated now. There are very few outlets in the rooms (one by the sink and one by the desk. In case you really need one near the bed, you're out of luck) and they provide small bars of soap, shampoo, and lotion only. If you need other toiletries you must provide them yourself. I thought Housekeeping did a very good job everyday. The front desk guy was a little surly. The location is good in that it's near the subway station, but it's also on a rather busy and loud street.

The location is really nice, close to Reforma, Zona Rosa, and Insurgentes. The rooms and the hotel itself are quiet outdated but the prices are decent. The restaurant is okay, but there's much cheaper and yummier spots just a few blocks away.

It is an old hotel, so don't expect much from the rooms. However the price is fair for what you get and the hotel staff is friendly. 3 min walk from the subway on insurgentes. It is well located. If you are going to explore, go out and stuff, definetely recommended. If you want to stay in a cosy hotel most of your day, you should consider a pricier option with more commodities.

It is a good option for the price, very cheap and it has what you need to stay the night and have a breakfast or an occasional room service request. Great location. Assigned room had a strong cigar smell, and I was able to change it until the next day. Beds aren't the most comfortable but they're ok. It takes a while for the water to get hot. Restaurant is fairly good and not expensive, although you can find cheaper and better options nearby.

This is an older hotel. It's clean and a nice place to spend an evening or two. Hot water on the shower! You can't control the temperature of the room. WIFI is slow.

It's a nice hotel with great rooms and very good service, it's half a block from the metro and metrobus if you want to use the local transport.

The location is convenient if you are around metro insurgentes or the angel of independence. The hotel seems to be built in the 70's so some parts of the decoration are retro. The service is good they're always willing to help. The Internet connection is awful, the bathroom sometimes smelled like cigarette from the air conditioner, and the water on the shower was warn but not hot

The service and staff are friendly, however the quality of rooms and beds is not even close to being acceptable. The room had spring bed that could use a replacement. Definitely not something you would associate with a 4* hotel.

The hotel is near to the subway, reforma avenue, so is well ubicated. The room is pretty decent, with a TV 14", a shower that counts with hot and freeze water, two toilet idon know what kind of toilet was that but is there. The services are good, all of them. With a low price, maybe is the cheapest on the area.
