  They are taking a long time to deliver the chair that I bought since December 6, it is time that it has not arrived. They do not answer the phone regularly and do not answer your problems quickly or solve you

  Good attention, adequate hours for all needs, competitive prices, perhaps only improving delivery times, although one is aware that each requested order is sent to be manufactured.

  Very bad experience. My furniture arrived later than two months. The furniture is nice but, in the store the manager is lousy: she preferred to give the seat to her friend with whom she spoke instead of us who are waiting for a quote. When I checked for the late delivery, they lied to me and said it was my fault not being at my house to receive the furniture, but if it was, it was three days that I waited for them and then they wanted to take it to 10:00 pm !! It is not worth the anger they make you go through. My recommendation: find another place

  Very good prices
  The service leaves much to be desired, they take longer than they promise, but maybe that is what makes them have good prices.
  Nice furniture, yes.
  
  Good option if you are not in a hurry (it takes about 3 months to deliver) and you want to spend little on cute furniture.
  
  I don't have a photo because they haven't delivered me yet. 🙊😅

  Los muebles son muy bonitos y la atención en la tienda de parte del personal de ventas es muy bueno, sin embargo una vez realizada la compra comienza el martirio. La atención al cliente es pésima y prácticamente nula. Tienes que estar rogándoles para que te entreguen tus muebles y te hacen espera días diciéndote "mañana se los entregamos" y nomás puras mentiras. Según ellos te marcan media hora antes de llegar, pero aún así se tardan horas después de eso, pudiendo llegar a horas muy imprudentes de la noche (p.ej. 11pm). Pésimo servicio de entrega. A mi me entregaban en 5 semanas y terminaron entregándome en 3 meses y de mala gana. Jamás recomendaría comprar algo con ellos y es lo mismo para todas sus sucursales.
