The facade is amazing. Customer service is good. The rooms were ample in space and had incredible air conditioning units. The pool scene was incredible; felt like a nonstop party. Relaxing views and beautiful garden work. The cons are small bathrooms and limited rooms for the handicapped .

Excellent hairdresser. I always go here. For an edgier look ask for Daniel, for more classic looks ask for Benjamin. If you're looking for a formal up do, this is the place to go.

The hotel is located right in the entrance of Cuernavaca. The rooms are for 2 people only, and are very comfortable and spacey. Rooms have air conditioner, TV, a bathroom, 2 beds, and a small living room. The service is impecable. Everyone is very nice and helpful, and you can get help with anything you need.

One of the most luxurious hotels in the city, excellent food options all day long, beautiful installations with an Arabic theme, perfect for big social events because of the enormous convention halls, located near a city exit.

The hotel have beautiful common areas and the price is adequate. However, there is no air conditioning systems available in the rooms and they are a bit old.

Do not stay here or eat here!!! Worst service! I went on a weekend to check if this was the place I wanted to have my birthday dinner and it was the worst service I have ever had. When I called today to talk to a supervisor they had me on hold for 10 minutes and I called back and when they heard I was upset they decided to actually look for the supervisor. I heard him asking who was in charge at the time that I went and that's when he told me he had left for the day. When I told him that if he didn't know who was in charge I should have told me and he didn't like what I was saying so he hung up on me. So his plan was to leave me on hold until I hung up. I'm upset that they are not professional enough to treat a customer with respect. Oh when I go to Mexico for my birthday I will be going to complain in person because that's what they want!

Today I attended to a workshop held in this hotel. The saloon was comfortable enough. Nice tables and chairs no so comfortable. Coffee brake was adequate. The hotel gave fresh water, sodas, coffee, some cookies and tea. One thinguy I wasn't comfortable with was the A/C. Was not cold enough and even the technicians went two times, theyou couldn't fix it up. So at mid-day was kind of hot. Breakfast service was exquisite. Good dishes and fresh fruits. Good quality meals.
