  A little tricky to find at first, the location is perfect. You are close to the old downtown without being in the chaos. It is a beautiful setting with great service. Highly recommend

  This is a very pretty and romantic hacienda style hotel. The rooms are extremely nice and are set up in a Spanish colonial architectural style. Service was terrific. And the dining room in the center courtyard served a very nice breakfast.

  Servicio muy atento, todos muy amables. Las instalaciones bastante cuidadas. Esmero en la decoración de las habitaciones.
  Alberca climatizada y de buen diseño para los niños.
  La ubicación no es la mejor por la zona, esta muy popular pero ya adentro te olvidas.
  Incluyen desayuno continental pero es solo café, té y un (1) pan; esto podría mejorar.

  Very beautiful great service tons of character and charm. A truly gorgeous place that is class and boutique style all around. Great amenities with a spa restaurant 2 pools beautiful gardens gorgeous decor craftsmanship with only 1 small downside if any, is the small parking garage with limited parking and tight entrance mainly due 2 the location wjere streets are small which isn't a huge deal as long as u r getting dropped off and don't have a large SUV or truck. Other than that I will 4 SURE come back here & looking forward 2 my 6 day stay;-}

  Each room features the artwork of an artist, decorated in a unique style representing different regions of the country. We had an awesome room called Olinalá Quetzales.
  One of the places I have to go back, great food.
