  This hotel has a premium location, downtown of veracruz, next to " Los portales" and few blocks away from the "malecon". close to point of interest. It has a pool, not big , but enought to enjoy it. No jacuzzi. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The elevator is under renovation, so you need to use the staff elevator, however it move fast.
  The room is not modern but comfy.
  i will definetely come back to this hotel in my next vacation.

  Needs to include at least continental breakfast when booking a room. It would be fair service for guest. Though Sanborn's Restaurant / retail is adjacent. Making guest feel like they're spending too much is not making them feel welcome. Also, a vintage look for the hotel and restaurant would be more appropriate. Read this Slim, thanks.

  Nice hotel in the historic part of town. Nice rooms but the restaurants could be better and no gym facility.

  The hotel is placed in down town in front of the zócalo of the city. The rooms are comfortable and spacious
