Great service, the hotel is located downtown, right next to the Marina, with a great view of the ocean at the back. Overall, a very good experience.

Very nice, big room, had an living room, refrigerator and coffee machine. Everything was clean and they have in room service, they have a restaurant and bar which are very nice.

The attention from the front desk staff is outstanding. The kitchen is outstanding at the restaurant, via room service and at the swimming pool! Do not hessitate to eat there! However, if you leave your room late, it will be done contemptuously: Your badroom won't be cleaned at all and your bed will be done poorly.

The hotel is comfortable and the view is astonishing as it is very close to the veracruz "malecon" their excelent personnel and service makes you feel like home, it has gym and pool and a delicious restaurant, my experience was very good, i plainly recommend it
