Il miglior hotel di Valladolid, antica struttura che però gode di tutti i comfort di un albergo moderno. Da sulla piazza principale del paese è il ristorante è forse il migliore della città. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo

Restaurant Review - Food was delicious! Prices were reasonable and serving size filling. Staff friendly and english speaking. Washrooms clean and new. Would recommend to anyone!

Had lunch at the restaurant and was very pleased. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend it!

The first room we got was pretty terrible; quite dark, no wifi, broken shower and very bad noise from the street.
But the next day we asked them to change the room and the other one we got was just perfect. They said it was the same type of room, but for us it was a hell vs heaven difference.
All the staff is very nice and helpful.
The hotel has some history and looks very nice.
In the restaurant we only had breakfasts, but I can't say they were great.
We were there just before Christmas and it seems that the hotel was quite understaffed. (long waiting times in the restaurant)
Upon our arrival they weren't able to meet their 3pm check in time. The check in process itself was quite chaotic.
Overall, after changing the room, we liked the hotel and even extended our stay.response / report this review -

The restaurant is perfectly located near the attractions of the city. It has a nice sitting area, with a water fountain. The menu has good choices, specially if you have dietary restrictions that are hard to meet on Mexico! For example they have many vegetarian options. The food tastes average. The quality of service is also average; staff is friendly but we got our food late and at different times for each person at the table.response / report this review -

This is a really nice hotel in the very center of Valladolid. It is combined with a very good restaurant as well. Build as a old colonial townhouse, they keep this style alive in a very charming way! The House is build arround a courtyard , where you find a pool area to relax. Right now (11.2017) they are building jacuzzi next to the pool. There are some trees and nicly arranged flowers, which I personally liked a lot. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you expect.
The beds are a bit short for tall people, so you will find your feed sticking out of them a bit. A small Minibar would have been nice as well
But this are minor flaws. I would always recommend this hotel to people travelling Valladolid.response / report this review -

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff super friendly and great. One of them spent a good 30 minutes talking with us by the pool. The problem goes south with management which runs the hotel odd. Wrong room estimates and giving us a room that waitstaff were still cleaning. The restaurant is amazing and top notch, ten out if ten recommended. The rooms are beautiful but a hit or miss. We had a room that had a veranda overlooking the restaurant, which was amazing. What wasn't amazing was the bathroom light that didn't work half the time and the smell of beef coming into the bathroom. With all that said, it was beautiful and the good Def outweighed the bad.

Stopped for a quick lunch after a short visit to Chichen Itza and Valladolid. Had a lovely meal just around the inner courtyard. The food was alright, without being excellent. Service was okay apart from our waiter telling me they were out of guacamole and then proceeding to serving it to everyone else in the restaurant. The setting is lovely though and the table layout nice.

We were there to look at rooms for a possible group stay next year. The rooms and bunaglows looked nice. You will definitely want a car to get to Valladolid as it's too far for a reasonable walk. They also have chickens, turkeys and a peacock.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are a bit worn/ dated. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Pool and scenery look nice. Centrally located. But why are the cleaning carts kept visible in the staircase area?

This hotel is clean with nice beds. The lighting in our room was a little dim. You can get breakfast included with your stay, the breakfast was great. The location is awesome, right on the square. Everything, including a cenote, is walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Recently went to the restaurant in the hotel. It's a good place with fair prices and a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The reason I'm deducting 2 points: The waiters were way too busy. That wasn't their fault but there were just too few of them- hire more staff. We ordered something that the waiter has to prepare at your table (carribbean shrimp), which the waiter said they didn't have tonight. This is the first point I deduct: Don't have things on your menu that I can't order, especially if this is why I came in and waited 20 minutes at the bar for!
Then 30 minutes later, after the waiter had brought our second choices, we saw someone having the thing we ordered first and asked the waiter how come. It turns out they are just supposed to say they don't have it whenever there are too many people, because preparing the dish absorbs the waiter too much. He could have told me that at the start and I would have waited the 30 minutes. He also technically lied when he said they didn't have that dish tonight, so second point right there. The whole waiter-absorption problem is understandable of course, but at the very least be upfront about it- I'm a reasonable person and I understand the concept of capacity- or, better yet, hire more waiters. Assuming that I won't notice when the person at the next table is eating what I first wanted is a little insulting.response / report this review
