It's a second year we are staying in this hotel and we love it. I can't find actually anything wrong to complain about. The hotel is beautiful, clean and neat, fair price, great location and the restaurant has good food. In top of all this the personal it's very friendly.

The room was absolutely spotless, and the service left nothing to be desired. The location is perfect for site seeing and even the food was better than expected.

On the first, we arrived in the hotel at 10:00 because attending social event for the school. When arrived the event was started. The service was very good because attending very good! The place is very nice!

Great food, beautiful place, great staff. Only complaints are the wifi is a bit spotty and the beds aren't very comfortable, but the wonderful service and beautiful place make up for it!

This place was amazing. 15 minutes from downtown. Happy people, with big smiles and great service. The food was very affordable, tasted great with large portions. They gave us a deal if we paid in pesos, and the price was like 50 bucks American. The rooms are decorative, and clean. This city is safe, and clean. It definitely has great vibes. A must stay if you are staying in this city!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights. It is not in the downtown area and is about a 15 minute walk but it is 100% worth it just for the views at this hotel. Rooms are gorgeous and the patio feels like you are in the jungle. Staff was very nice but very minimal English. Only big issue was that they couldn't take our credit card because it didn't have a chip. Very frustrating. Best maids ever, mopping the room everyday! Even came with honey shampoo. Didn't try the restaurant and it was usually empty but they were always friendly. The pool area was great, spent Christmas Day laying around in the pool chairs. Room had a refrigerator which was nice, internet was crappy and booted us off constantly, but the shower was great and we had hot water as long as you messed with the handle a little. Very safe comfortable area. Will definitely be back.
