  Pools not available til mid Feb 2018 due to maintenance. Staff friendly, little English spoken but nice. Room originally wrong but corrected quickly by bellman. Right across street from Campeche sign and promenade

  Courteous staff, nice modern hotel, close to shore and colonial downtown but very unprofessional and irresponsible on the hotel authorities to allow private party with loud music in the their premises past midnight making it impossible for the guests to sleep!

  The view from our room was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel itself is very clean and they're doing some impressive renovations as well. It has nice amenities and delicious food. The staff is very professional and provides great service. I've greatly enjoyed my experience.

  Its a really good hotel. Nice view of the sea from the rooms. Excellent service. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Beautiful place to stay if you visit Campeche
