This hotel has excellent clean rooms and staff is Very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located just walking distance from the heart of central Campeche and 59th street.

Nice location just outside the city wals. Restaurant, bar, pool, free WiFi and walking distance to square and many restaurants.

The decoration of the hotel is really nice, the staff is in the front desk, restaurant and in general has a great attitude, the rooms are clean and comfortable, definitely I'd like to come back.

Middle of the road hotel catering for bus tours and business people. Good breakfast- hard beds- tiny pool. Poor Wifi

Our stay for one night was average. They advertise Wi-Fi but it only works in the lobby at the front desk, not in the hotel rooms. But the biggest compliant is that when it was time to checkout at 1pm we had a problem because the bus was not going to leave until 6pm. We made the standard request that all travelers make on occasion to leave our luggage in the lobby of the hotel for three hours until the bus was scheduled to leave. Not only did the management absolutely refuse to allow us to leave our luggage they were rude and discourteous. We even offered to pay them for the service but they were completely obstinate regarding this simple request. I rate this hotel as, at best a one-star facility due to their location but would suggest that there are several other hotels in the immediate vicinity that are much better and certainly more friendly.

Beautiful hotel. The location it's incredible, it's in the historic center of Campeche. Rooms are clean and the service it's excellent. The WiFi system is confuse and sometimes it fail.
