The best restaurant with mole in town! The meals are cheap and delicious! And it's located in a historical place! What else do you need?!?! It has a perfect location for wandering around town and has the best historical/cultural/entertainment close by. The rooms are not modern and don't need to be, you are in a historical building, people have been staying in this hotel for a 100 years! So if you want a fantastic historical experience, this is your place to stay; if not, well you need to go to a more modern hotel. Really recommended!

A daily set menu for $146 MXN with dishes that are exquisite and unique.

Right in the middle of historic downtown, the views from the rooftop terrace is spectacular. The rooms have very tall ceilings and colonial style decoration. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, helpful and discreet staff. The restaurant has daily special and a la carte eating, pretty good food. It's a great hotel for the price 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel, everything looks like a historical place: rooms, lobby, the restaurant with delicious local food and the view from the top roof it's amazing. All for affordable prices and free wifi!

Small rooms, sub pat shower, food came a little slow but was good once it came. Location is great and a car park is available for guests. Free wifi included.

We have always stayed at this hotel since I was little, and overall our experiences here had been good, but this time we got a room with interior-facing windows and they were terrible, we had no privacy because in front of the windows there we other guest's doors (the noise is also unbearable because the maids keep pushing their carts at 6:00 am on the halls just outside the windows) One of our three mattresses was so plain I could feel the wood of the box. Overall the hotel's staff was unresponsive to our complaints and didn't really seem to care that much so we had to endure all of this for two days.

I would recommend this hotel because of the price range, "colonial" building style and proximity to Puebla's touristic sites but not because of the overall experience, at least not on room 214.
