Went there because some family stayed there and went to see the room, which was pretty nice, even better than the photos make it look like. And then went to the restaurant to get breakfast which was pretty nice, delicious accesible and overall one of the best in an hotel

In terms of the locatiom, it is like a 10 min. walk to downtown. The rooms are small, but it's not really a problem. And the people that work here seem to care about your experience and make you feel really welcome. And for the price, I do believe it is worth it, if I ever come again I would stay here again for sure.

Clean rooms with great service and amazing decor, although the towels are a little rough. Nice balcony bar, but not much of a view unless you go to the rooftop. The hotel itself is beautiful and intricate and has great food, but the location is a little far from the zocolo, making it a little less convenient. The rooms also are either insanely spacious or kinda tight- not much in between.

Great place to stay when in Puebla. We stayed for two nights with a toddler. Our room was beautiful and had all the amenities expected. The in house restaurant serves fantastic meals. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the historical center of the city so you can walk there. The staff were friendly and helpful and were accomodating to our needs. Highly recommended this little boutique hotel to anyone who visits Puebla.

A beautiful property with some HUGE suites on the top floor. We stayed overnight in one with a sitting room, a massive bedroom with a hyrdopool en suite, plus a full bath with, of all things, a steam shower included! Friends were in a windowless but massive suite with low, curved ceilings and outlandish furnishings. In the bar, a drunk local tried to pick a fight, which was unpleasant; later, we learned he had tried to charge drinks to us, as well. But management handled this easily, and we otherwise enjoyed our stay.
