  Es bueno, pero tienen detalles, ejemplo las habitaciones de arriba son muy calientes y no cuentan con aire acondicionado.. a la cocina le falta bastante Es algo en lo que tendrían que mejorar.

  It's overall OK, it does have off-site parking (at another hotel, about a mxn$50 taxi ride); our room didn't have AC or a window. Great location.

  Nice hotel, amazing location. Rooms are clean and comfortable, service was very good. WiFi is available but not very strong, best signal is in the lobby.
  
  The breakfast is very good, lots of free options and reasonably priced cook to order options as well. And you can’t beat the location: step out the door and you’re standing at the side of The Basilica. Everything El Centro has to offer is steps away (though with its associated noise) If we return we’d definitely stay here again.

  Great staff. Right in front of Basilica. Careful with downstairs rooms, you'll hear everything outside. Has 16 rooms total. Good, Continental breakfast with option for more at additional cost.

  La ubicación es muy buena, ya que es céntrica, la habitación es agradable y limpia, aunque si se oye algo de ruido, pero no me molestó para descansar. El desayuno creo que si falta mejorarlo, no es malo pero deja que desear. El servicio es bueno, la chica de recepción es simpática y amable. El precioe parece algo elevado pero tampoco exagerado.

  There is no wifi! When we went to ask the front desk agent said there are some rooms that don't have wifi -_- thanks for the heads up.

  Great place downtown Guanajuato. Rooms are huge and confy. Good continental breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits and juices. I will strongly recommend. Emilio

  Me estancia en el Hotel Casa Virreyes fue muy placentera y la persona que se lleva las cinco estrellas es el Sr. Alfredo Falcón es una finísima persona súper servicial, atento, amable y super trabajador, infinitas gracias Alfred eres un tipazo. Si duda alguna nos volveremos a hospedar en este hotel
