  Raul, the manager, was incredibly friendly and really helpful. He gave us loads of tips to enjoy Guanajuato and introduced us to his friends. The hostel location is amazing, 2 mins walk to the center, the terrace has a beautiful view and there is a bar! Definitely stay here!

  Small terrible beds, danger of falling out if youre on top, not enough lockers, no 24hr reception (waited for an hour) and no free airport shuttle.

  Horrible experience. Reserved and paid online. Hostel was over booked so my partner and I slept on chairs. Chaotic, people were up drinking in the lounge area until 6am.

  It has a very good service : excellent food , attention was good, however there were many people and therefore the service was a little slow.
