The worst service that I have seen in what hospitals are concerned, my relative had a negligent treatment, there was a moment when he requested a comfortable and it was never provided, he felt the need to start the IV and go to the bathroom on his own, At the time of voluntary discharge it took a whole day to provide it and one had to remind them why they did not take us into account and during the time they were discharged my family member reports that he never received attention from anyone, as well as He was given a minimum of something to drink, and when they were finally discharged it took about an hour to deliver the patient.

Do not go to this hospital, they do not have what is necessary to treat patients with covid, there are several doctors who care for a patient so the variety of criteria in the diagnosis does not help the improvement of the patient.
It is not their specialty, however they wanted to open it to treat covid 19 just for profit.
Dr. Jessica is a despot, and the PR wants to handle it like everything is fine and the director never shows up.

Terrible hospital, NEFASTO !!!!! Doctors without the capacity to treat patients with covid, the majority are interns, the public relations type at first very friendly and later indifferent and rude. They profit from patients who are admitted with covid, since they do not have the capacity to treat this disease and they let them die. They do not pay the nursing staff. In short, a hospital of MERDAAAAAAA !!!!!!!

Do not come, they are not trained to treat patients with covid, I had my grandfather hospitalized there and during his stay the daily reports showed many inconsistencies, and my grandmother complained too much about the poor quality of the service. In the end he passed away ..

Se llama con anterioridad para solicitar cita con los doctores. Cuando llega el momento de la cita nos presentamos y nos indican que no hay cita. Hacen perder el tiempo a los pacientes sin tomar en cuenta además el problema que podamos tener. No recomiendo su servicio

No vayan. Recientemente tuvimos una urgencia y al final nos dejaron todo el día en observación y resulta que mi pequeña sobrina tenia sangrado interno, casi muere y tuvieron que trasladarla a otros hospitales donde por fin le revisaron su pancita. Pésimos personal, médicos y secretarías.

Por favor, no vayan a ese hospital. Mi bebé nació en ese lugar y por la pésima atención del "doctor" Benitez mi bebé tiene parálisis cerebral. Por favor que no haya más casos como el de mi bebé por la pésima atención. Negligencias a más no poder. No se hicieron responsables del tratamiento de mi bebé que por su culpa tiene una discapacidad ya de por vida

Atención con calidad humana. Hice una guardia por una conocida con mi esposa y nos dieron todas las facilidades para la estancia.
Valet parking, restoran, elevadores, aire acondicionado, salas de espera, wifi, sofás y sillones cómodos, instalaciones limpias, información del parte médico constante
Muy agradable la atención y el personal de salud muy amables y accesibles
A la paciente la atendieron muy bien, estuvo en terapia intensiva y en recuperación y la atendieron a tiempo y en forma. Las enfermeras y médicos muy pendientes de sus necesidades y su desarrolloresponse / report this review -

El trato de la señorita que vende los paquetes para embarazo es excelente, pero los ginecólogos son un poco insensibles siempre preocupándose porque no los demandes y protegiéndose con que el error es tuyo, en especial los que realizan el ultrasonido antes del parto ya que aun así lo realizan y mal, y causa conflicto con las decisiones del médico, el habitaciones están limpias y muy cómodas, la atención de las jóvenes enfermeras es excelente siempre atentas y al pendiente, el servicio de vigilancia impecable muchos protocolos de seguridad para sacar a un bebé eso me gusto mucho por la seguridad de mi familia, en cuestión de los gastos si es un poco caro pero la atención y cuidados que recibió mi esposa fue bueno.

Le daría menos si se pudiera. El trato fue frío y poco profesional, asistí con la intención de llevar un chequeo de mi embarazo. La doctora que me atendió se mostró sumamente corta en conocimientos y su trato fue muy brusco y pesado. El día que perdí a mi bebé ni siquiera se acordaba de mí, cuando la había visto dos semanas antes, y se portó sumamente fría ante mi dolor y el de mi familia, así como la gente del área de urgencias. Los enfermeros ríendose a carcajadas afuera de mi cortina, mientras mi esposo y yo llorábamos la pérdida de nuestro hijo. Y si no fuera poco, habiendo fácil unas diez camas en el área, todas libres, colocan justo al lado de mi cama a una mujer embarazada con un aparato que hace oír a todo volumen el sonido de los latidos. Pudieron colocarla en otra cama más lejana o dejarme ir, pero no me permitían marchar a la sala de espera hasta haber liquidado todas las cuentas. Sólo les interesa los pagos, nos cobraron carísimo por una hora allí, y no quise saber más. Me fui a otro hospital y allí me practicaron el legrado con mucho más corazón, entendiendo mi dolor y tratándome con respeto, y me cobraron un tercio de lo que allí me querían cobrar. Es más barato un parto que perder a un bebé en ese lugar horrible, que no le recomiendo a nadie. Yo nunca volveré a poner un pie allí, eso es seguro.

Saque cita con un especialista (no pongo nombre para evitar problemas) para el día 18 de octubre a las 4:00 pm. después de esperar aprox. 30 minutos salió una señorita, dijo que era la encargada de citas y dijo que el médico llamó para avisar que no llegaria porque se le poncho una llanta, yo le comenté que me urgía la atención porque llevaba dolor, que yo lo espereraria el tiempo necesario, la señorita me dio los datos del médico quien finalmente me atendió en su casa más tarde, por cierto una pésima atención, un lugar sucio, no me revisó, sólo me mandó mucho medicamento muy caro, yo seguí muy mal, días después le llamé de urgencia, nunca me contesto y termine buscando en otra clínica y encontré un excelente médico. Fue la primera vez que asistí a esta clínica San Rafael y fue una verdadera decepción, deberían cuidar más su personal. Nota el Dr. Comento que la señorita nunca le avisó de mi cita
