Hello, my name is Alheli Pimienta. This is a real review by a real hotel guest, not a hired bot. This hotel us one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff are kind, generous and above all, honest. They work very hard to maintain the highest standards. My husband and I stay there about twice a year and we love the bar-tender, the margaritas a great! We have taken tours hired through the hotel. They are a great price, safe, trust-worthy and fun. Es muy buen lugar para descansar mientras venhas de vacaciones, se encuentra entre las calles de parroquia y 5 de mayo, tiene cerca ah plaza Universidad, y el transporte del metro, junto con una terminal de micros.

Did not stay for long (misssed a flight) but even at 3 at the morning everybody was really pleasant during chcem inn. Superb breakfeast, nice rooms, helpful staff.

I was only at the restaurant but they put a Lot of effort to make you feel confortable, all the furnitures and decoration are creative, i really feel that the hotel is a very good option to stay if you visit México city

Great place to use as base to enjoy intellectual life at Mexico city. Walking distance to Coyoacan and Cineteca. Also a short ride to places like the "Mercado Roma"

Super convenient location, room was spotless. Check in process was a little slower than I would have liked. Rapid delivery of forgotten toiletries. Great quality hotel all in all.
