  One of the only two ferry companies, with Holbox Express, connecting Chiquila and Holbox for 140 pesos (~ $7.5 / €6.5). It's clean, punctual and fast enough (30min for ~5miles). There's no much of a view but the top deck makes it possible to enjoy the sea air. Beware the splashes!

  CHIQUILA’ –> ISLA HOLBOX w/ Holbox Xpress (red boats): 6.00AM to 9.00PM every hour
  
  CHIQUILA’ –> ISLA HOLBOX w/ 9 Hermanos (blue boats): 6.30AM to 9.30PM every hour
  
  ISLA HOLBOX –> CHIQUILA’ w/ 9 Hermanos (blue boats): 5.00AM to 8.00PM every hour
  
  ISLA HOLBOX –> CHIQUILA’ w/ Holbox Xpress (red boats): 5.30AM to 7.30PM every hour
  
  TIPS:
  
  - The mosquitos are hungry, bring repellent especially for dusk!
  - There's (almost) no car on Holbox but you can use 4x4 cart (taxi or rental) and bike is an excellent eco-friendly mean of transportation
  - Chiquila is filled with parking (100 pesos / 24h) so no worries if you've rented a car

  Expensive and 2 companies have a monopoly so they dictate their prices. But I advise this over the private lanchas / boats

  Makes the job for 120 pesos per person.
  Clean and with bathroom onboard. Takes 30 minutes.

  Fast way to travel to Belize from mexico and back. Ticket for Chetumal to Caye Caluker for 1050 MXN (+390 immigration fee and 30 fee for Belize) in July 2016.
