  Excelente atención, aunque estaban en remodelación hicieron lo posible por darnos todas las facilidades

  Demasiado tardado el tiempo en recepción de servicio, además de que los que suben al auto lo dañan con los pies, sin mencionar que ensucian los autos y así los entregan, en body dejaron muy sucio la zona que manipularon

  PÉSIMO SERVICIO, ES UN ASCO, metí mi camioneta a reparación me dijeron que se dañó la marcha, alternador y batería, PARA CONSEGUIR UNA MARCHA SE TARDARON 3 MESES, LA BATERÍA ME LA ENTREGARON (PORQUE SE LA EXIGÍ), COMO TENÍA GARANTÍA LA LLEVÉ A REVISIÓN (ERA LTH) SÓLO LA CARGARON Y ESTÁ BIEN, PERO LE INSTALARON UNA NUEVA Y ME LA COBRARON AL DOBLE DE LO QUE ME COSTÓ LA QUE TENÍA, AHORITA ACABO DE HABLAR A REFACCIONES, ESTUVO SONANDO VARIAS VECES EL TELÉFONO, LO DESCOLGARON Y NI SIQUIERA TUVIERON LA ATENCIÓN DE CONTESTAR, QUE POCA MADRE Y TENGO OTRA IGUAL CON ELLOS, MEJOR AHÍ LE PARO A FINAL DE CUENTAS ES UN ASCO ÉSTA EMPRESA, POR ESO YA LOS CAMBIÉ

  Me llevé una gran decepción, en un servicio anterior le cambiaron los birlos por otros que no correspondían, en el servicio de los 50 mil kilómetros hice la observación y me los cobraron, por último la orden de pago no correspondía al presupuesto que ellos mismo me dieron, siempre había llevado mis carros a la agencia, pero de ahora en adelante ya no, inclusive lo haré extensivo a familiares y amigos.

  PESIMO puse la estrella para poder escribir. Por desgracia tuve que asistir por tercera vez ya que no hay otro en Toluca. Siempre un pésimo servicio. La actitud de la Gerente de Servicio de Apellido Sánchez ni siquiera quizo facilitar un vaso con agua seguramente será la dueña. SUGIERO COMPREN AUTOS ASIATICOS
