  El servicio de seguimiento al cliente de compra de autos nuevos para el primer servicio no existe y luego pretenden regalar al cliente y quitar garantías, que no hay gerente que ponga orden?????

  Desde que lo compre cuando me lo dieron tenia lapiz labial en el toldo y aparte estaba despeluchado el cielo, tenia rayones en la pintura, y estaban sucios los tapetes. Lo recibí sin los plásticos. Y de los mantenimientos ni se diga! HORRIBLE LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE FUI ME LO ENTREGARON TODO SUCIO POR DENTRO Y DIJERON QUE NO TENÍAN SERVICIO DE LAVADO YA QUE ASÍ LOS ENTREGABAN. EN EL SEGUNDO MANTENIMIENTO IGUAL EL JEFE DE TALLER APARTE DE ENTREGÁMELO SUCIO, NISIQUIERA LE HIZO LA ROTACIÓN DE LLANTAS QUE ME COBRO. Y APARTE SE PUSIERON A COMER DENTRO DEL AUTO Y DERRAMARON LÍQUIDO EN MIS ASIENTOS Y ASI ME LO DIO TODO SALPICADO. TENGO FOTOS QUE LO COMPRUEBAN. LLAME PARA METER LA QUEJA CON EL GERENTE Y LA TELEFONISTA SIEMPRE DICE QUE NO ESTÁ! !!! Y MI PÓLIZA QUE ESTOY PAGANDO NO ME LA HAN ENTREGADO.
