I stayed at the hotel from July 2017 to February 2018 on business and would like say special thank you to the following staff who helped make my stay very enjoyable:- Adriana hotel manager, Lorena Baltaza Prado, Valery Villalobos, Fernanda Manduiano, Itzel Espinosa, Schiela Rodriguez from the reception desk. Paulina, Orlando,Enrique,Amardo,Mary (Carmen) from the restaurant and special mention to the lady at cooking station. Also to all the room maids, cleaning staff, room service and Jose the bell boy. Everybody couldn't have been more helpful and carried out their duties professionally, politely and most of all with a smile on their faces. I stayed in both the main hotel and loft rooms during the duration and generally was quiet during the night. I found the beds to be comfortable and never really had any issues with the rooms. Gym could do with bit of maintenance work and updated. Look there were some negatives but far to few to mention, and were far outweighed by the positives. Beware though and be careful if you are looking to stay towards end November. There is some sort of college games event taking place in Queretaro during this week and the hotel was very noisy. I realise live and let live for these young guys and girls, but when you have to get up for work at 5.00am it can be a bit of a wrench. There was one issue on my last day which kind of spoiled the occasion, but sometimes these things happen and don't really want to dwell on it to much. Thanks again Fiesta Inn, I will remember my stay here with fond memories. Adios and Gracias.

Nice friendly clean hotel. Staff are very helpfull, breakfast are a good feed with lots of choice.

It is a great service, not so far from downtown but not in the first square. You can move from the hotel to other cities and be out of town in minutes. The suites are great, in perfect conditions and it's not so expensive

Stayed for 5 months and any single question/complain have been addressed within 12h, the staff is amazing, friendly and always up to go the extra mile to help you. I would go back there anytime !

Is a beautiful hotel, the restaurant has two options the menu and a buffet both are delicious, the menu has a good variation of food like sandwich, burger, salads, meat cuts and the buffet changes every day.

It was ok but service at the restaurant was very bad ordered a club sandwich 45 min and there was only 1 other person in the place eating when we ask the girl she said it was ready then 10 more min went by then it came and the fries were cold . And for a 4 star hotel they say no Mimi frige . I need for my medicine I don't think we will be back

The rooms are quite nice. They are modern, and depending on what you choose can have a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds are comfortable,but the shower is a bit small. Breakfast is quite good, and the pool is also nice. I would definitely stay here again
