It's the best pizza on Isla Holbox. Great sauce and cheese. But it's very thin crust. You can't tell based on the photos but once you get it it's pretty thin.

Amazing wood fired pizzas and delicious empanadas. Great location right in the center of the main square of Holbox. Service was decent, nothing over the top. Not the cheapest spot on the island but reasonable enough to not complain about it.

This Pizza was average, nothing special. Its a place without soul. The staff is bored and can not smile. Music is horrible. How about a candle on the table? Not worth a visit.

Great pizza tiny crust with lots of good sauce and margarita with basil in mexico lol it's rare! 130$pesos for one margarita pizza medium size.

My family and I have spent alot of time on Holbox and have eaten at Hornitos a minimum of 35 times.
First time only due to the necessity of our picky 10 year old needing pizza. (Lets face it im in Mexico I want Mexican food) Boy were we WRONG !
Ths food is out of this world.
The lasagna bolognese is a hot bubbling bowl of cheese, giant chunks of ground beef and bechamel sauce all in between pasta so incredibly soft that i sometimes eat until im going to explode.
Beef empanadas are so good with the chimichurri sauce, it is hard to decide between the two.
Of course the pizza is without question the BEST I have ever eaten, my favorite is the pizza with steak arrachera on top. Got to love a pizza with a steak on it.
Without question the people who work there make the meal even better, friendly and not in your face, you can relax and enjoy the food and people watch. You almost have to chase them down to pay the bill, something as an American im not use to, but wish i would of in the USA.response / report this review -

I was in Holbox for 4 days, and I ate here four times. That wasn't due to lack of other good choices on the island. The pizza was just that good. I hope to soon return to the Island so I can enjoy their tasty pizzas again.
