No hidden fees. Prices online are real. Great experience. They had someone pick us up from the airport, as well as drop us off. The rental place is about 5 minutes away from the airport. The car rental agency is more local/reginoal and honestly a million times better than multinational companies. This will be my go-to every time I fly into Cancun airport.

My first instinct was to go with one of the big American brands at the airport -- but then I read a lot of bad reviews. I believe that there was a thread on Trip Advisor on this and so I booked here. Everything went smoothly. They picked us up at the airport so it was no big deal to get a service off-site. This was my first time driving in Mexico and to be honest, it was way easier than driving in Houston!

Terrible experience. I booked a car through their website one month prior to my trip. One of their representatives contacted me to confirm the reservation the night prior, so I assumed everything was ready to go. Upon arrival to Cancun airport, I called Easy Way and was told they did not have a car for me. No apology or offer to help reserve a car at another agency. Since it was the week of New Years, it was extremely difficult to reserve another car on such short notice. I recommend booking with a bigger agency during the peak season.

Highly recommend!! Upon returning our rental, my friend realized that she had forgotten some money in the car (a few hundred dollars). After calling them, they immediately came back to the airport and returned it all!
This was our first time in Mexico so I was hesitant and skeptical to go with a smaller rental company as I have heard a lot of horror stories about rentals in general but I ended up choosing this company over all the other big ones because of their consistent rate, simple insurance policy, and all of the positive reviews. The other companies had rates that kept fluctuating and the insurance add-ons were very confusing.
The staff here were super honest and friendly and there was no fuss! Will definitely use them again on our next trip!response / report this review -

Great place to rent a car!!! If you're traveling to Cancun or nearby resorts. I was really impressed with the service, and prompt communication before and during my trip as I rented a car for three weeks. The place is about 10 min away from the airport where you are being taken to and from. A representative with your name on board meets you upon arrival literally right outside of the Arrival Terminal doors, and takes you to the car rental (so free taxi service right there).
I surely found my car rental Grail in Cancun, would definitely recommend their services, especially to someone who's planning a trip to the area for the first time.

Took a while to get our car Bc there were two people ahead of me, but everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they had free beer and water for customers. Shuttle to and from airport was quick and easy. Brand new car. A very easy and pleasant experience, would definitely use them again. The price is exactly what you are quoted on the website.

We rented a Fiat for a week while in Cancun. They picked us up at the airport after a short wait, took us to the facility located just adjacent to the airport and had us in our car and on the way in less than 10 minutes. They were not pushy and the advertised prices included all of the required insurance. Many other companies lure you in a with a cheap rental only to discover its $30 USD a day for the mandatory insurance (not covered by your credit card or personal insurance). Return was just as easy. A quick review to insure no issues and an employee drove us to the airport in the car we returned (we had just missed the shuttle). All in all, a very refreshing experience for a foreign car rental agency.

Easy Way Cancun Car Rental has incredible and stellar customer service! I was wary of renting a car in Mexico and opted to patronize Easy Way because of its positive customer reviews. They did not disappoint! From my initial rental inquiry by email to the car rental return, Easy Way responded promptly, professionally and cheerfully. The rental quote was clear and accurate with no surprise fees. An Easy Way driver met us at the airport as planned and shuttled us to their off-site rental location (only minutes from the airport). We were greeted and treated like old family friends! We appreciated the royal treatment we received and will recommend Easy Way Rental to all when visiting Cancun! Good all inclusive prices and new cars. Rented a Jeep Renegade fur a well with all insurances included. Car was new (5-6000km) and in perfect condition. Pickup in airport took one hour for some odd reason. Getting the rental car was easy. Car was great. Returning the car was fast and efficient and we were dropped off again in the airport without issues. I will rent again from Easy Way!!

Awesome service! No hidden fees, no extra costs or large credit card holds. They honor your credit card collision insurance if you have it. You just have to buy the liability insurance which is mandatory in Mexico. They even picked me up from my hotel, and they offer a shuttle back to airport when you drop car off. I had a brand new car, no issues and everything worked fine. The best rental car service I've ever dealt with when traveling!

We rented a 12 passenger van for a week (Nov 22 - Nov 29, 2017) and we LOVED working with Easy Way. Everything was as advertised and promised. We made the reservation over email a few months in advance and even had a change in flight arrival to one day earlier a few weeks before our trip so I was a little nervous that we’d still get the van we needed at the same price. They picked us up at the airport no problem and everything about the rental was as agreed months before. No bait and switch or hidden costs. Would absolutely recommend Easy Way without hesitation.

Honest, Transparent and all around great! I've been waiting for a company like this to come to Cancun! I've had terrible experiences with Thrifty and Avis and these guys were straightforward, true, honest and great! I will ONLY rent from them in the future!!

Somewhat difficult to locate, need to cut through a gas station to get to get to car rental agency. A map on how to return the car would have been very helpful. Rented two cars- first one made odd sound when you had to stop quickly. Plastic grinding against the tire and lots of miles. Second one was brand new and ran great. Staff friendly. Would use them again now that I know where they are located, but would be more picky about getting a good car.

Really happy with their customer service and no hassle rental. We rented for 16 days, had drop off and pick up service. No extra charges and no credit holds. Alexei and Jose were patient and helpful when my first credit card failed me. The little Chevy Spark was great. Had a coconut dent the roof, but insurance included covered that. I highly recommend them!

Staff was amazing very friendly, we had an issue with our stereo not working and they replaced in 5 min. Good nice clean cars and great prices, you pay exactly what they quote you, they give you an option to add more coverage but if you decline they do not charge you for it. Over all great car rental agency. Would definitely rent from there again.

New car at a decent price.The guys were waiting for us at the airport right on time. Paperwork transaction was fast and easy. Returned car around 3AM on a Friday and they had someone already waiting for us to take us to the airport. Thank you Sr. Juan Jose loved the service. See you all in six months.

After all the horror stories about renting cars in Mexico, EasyWay was a wonderful surprise. They were honest and upfront, delivering a brand new vehicle to our hotel with no hidden costs. In fact, they explained how to get a collision fee waiver to save money on our next trip! The return was easy and they delivered us right to our gate at the airport. So much better than the games many of the major companies play. EasyWay saved us time and money and piece of mind!

First time to cancun , landed at 4 am on sunday morning , and easy way rent a car picked me up from the airport with a sign with my first and last name . Like in the movies i had never had that experience ever, they are legit, they gave me a quote over email and when i got there they just made me initial and sign and i was on my way like in less that 5 minutes with a car. They did not try to hussle you for more money , the car was insured , unlimited miles , they inspect the car when im there tell me the little details about it and i was off . Made my trip so much easier then i expected returned the car on friday morning at 6 am they took me back to the airport on the same car . The workers are really nice i forgot there names but no doubt they are wonderful they give you a voucher for 10 percent off themeparks and it works. So i rented the car from sun-fri for 171 USD . If i ever visit again i will forsure rent with easy way rent a car again . Thank you guys so much for your service, i love how its hassle free . :) - Erick Martinez

Second time renting with this outfit. This time, they tried to give me an old beater that had been broken into like a dozen times! Missing hubcap and loads of damage on the car. I refused it and they exchanged it for a brand new car. So be weary. That being said, it was super easy working with these group. Quick and easy shuttle to/from the airport. Recommend.

I had nothing but a positive experience. The car I reserved was brand new and transport too and from the airport by them was quick and painless. The staff was friendly and office was pleasantly air-conditioned in the hot Yucatan heat.

These guys were awesome. Booked online and got a confirmation email quickly. The price they gave us online with insurance was exactly what we paid when we got there and so was the car itself. No haggling, upselling or "sorry that's not what you reserved" The gentleman who picked us up at the airport was right there waiting for us and the car was ready when we got there - their location is just a few minutes from the airport. When we returned the car, one of the guys checked it in quickly then jumped in it and took us to the airport. We didn't even have to unload our luggage or wait for a shuttle. I wish every car rental was this easy. Highly recommend and will definitely go here next visit!
