We thought our room was modern and new. The entrance to the hotel is bright and opening and not easy to miss unlike other establishments that all seem to blend in in the area. The bed was comfortable and most things in the room seem to be high quality. You can request a room with a mini bar if that's important to you. They have staff to help carry your luggage to your room. As far as I could see some rooms didn't have any windows unless you consider the large glass at the front door of the room a window. Free parking lot that's easy to maneuver in is a plus. We usually go to Santo Domingo hotel when in San Miguel. The only difference is that Doña is more expensive, have extra services available like the pool, restaurant, and spa and has modernized decor instead of the quaint charm and didn't have as nice of a view since Santo Domingo is on a hill.

Negar downtown is a Hotel that offers you a nice place to rest and visit the town, make some shop at the local market and visit all rounds by walking and enjoy the views without worrying about parking lots, the food is good and have plenty of options to choose for. Nuce hotel, nice views, nice service, nice food, nice town

Excelent service, pool área is in maintence but everything else is great, People is allways kind and helpfull, Will be staying here everytime i come to san Miguel de allende

Rooms are OK. The decoration not very good but the beds are excellent. Friendly staff and great location. Parking included.

Its a nice Hotel, location is ok, rooms are nice and service very good it is a Hotel where i will stay every single visitar i'll do to this city
