  Stayed here for 2 days and several issues came up.
  
  1) the hotel doubles as a pizza restaurant, so there are a lot of people coming through the halls who make noise.
  2) my room did not have windows. Making the room feel stuffy and it smelled weird.
  3) they charged my card 2 times.
  
  San Miguel de allende is magical place, this hotel is far from it.

  The terrace restaurant pizza is good, BUT is confusing. There is no sign to indicate you have to order downstairs. If you walk in, a guy tells you in not a very polite way you have to order there. Ambiance music is Spanish pop, the same impolite guy refuses to change it. Suggest is part of the concept with wooden pallet terrace.
