  Best Dive Shop in Riveria Maya! Lara is very personal and accommodating with your dive schedule. They pick the best sites for your comfort level and based on the weather/conditions.
  I dove four cenotes on Two different days with Jose, who is down to earth and really knowledgeable about the dive sites.
  I highly recommend diving with them, and look forward to doing so again in the future.
  Thank you Lara, Camillo and Jose for amazing memories!

  My husband and I were fortunate to have found Divers Underground during a working vacation in Playa del Carmen. Right from the start Lara went above and beyond assisting me with my travel plans, not just related to diving, but she gave me excellent advice on great places to eat, airb&bs in the area, and more. We are wedding photographers and Lara helped me find some great out of the way locations to bring our bride & groom for pictures.
  She had personalized water bottles waiting for us when we checked in for our first dive and made us espressos each morning before we left the shop. She, Camillo and her staff treated us like old friends. They were super friendly, ECO-friendly, accommodating, very professional and very knowledgeable about the area.
  We did 6 dives over a week. Our schedule was all over the place, but they fit us in with a smile. I can't recommend them enough. We hope to return to take some of the amazing cavern diving classes they offer.

  Laura and her guys were awesome! They took 4 of us diving 2 different days, very professional, polite, and really cared! We would highly recommend Divers UnderGround and will definitely go back some day.

  I had the pleasure of having two dives in the Dos Ojos, Cenotoes system with Divers Underground. My guide Carlos was fantastic, providing an exhilarating yet safe diving experience. Lara, one of the co-owners was very accommodating and professional while planning my excursion. Once in a life time experience, that I would recommend to everyone!

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE DIVING IN LA RIVIERA MAYA
  
  Antes del viaje:
  Antes de realizar mi viaje me habían recomendado a Divers Underground para hacer mis buceos en la Riviera Maya. Y quedé feliz de haberlos escogido, mi experiencia con ellos fue magnífica. Desde el momento en que me puse en contacto con Lara de Divers Underground la atención fue genial: respuestas rápidas y muy amable su atención. Me explicaron todo súper bien, e inclusive se ofrecieron a ayudarme con la planeación del resto de mi viaje. Siempre dispuestos a atender cualquier solicitud que tuviera. Pude reservar las fechas de mis buceos en los cenotes y en Cozumel Con anticipación.
  Los buceos:
  Para el día de los buceos a los Cenotes, me desplacé hasta su centro de buceo (previamente me habían enviado un mapa para ubicarme y me habían explicado las alternativas de transporte para llegar). Como yo no tengo el equipo completo, ellos me prestaron lo que me faltaba, todo en muy buen estado. Ya en los Cenotes, mi guía Carlos (súper amable y profesional), antes de cada inmersión me explicaba en detalle el plan de cada buceo. En los buceos pude disfrutar de cada momento al máximo, Carlos siempre muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitara.
  Para los buceos a Cozumel, me recogían en el hotel y me llevaban hasta el punto donde salía el bote, y luego cuando regresaba, Lara me estaba esperando y luego me llevaban de nuevo a mi hotel. En el bote a Cozumel, Andrés fue mi guía, también una persona muy amable. Los buceos fueron siempre en grupos con pocas personas.
  En general, me gustó mucho lo personalizado del servicio, la amabilidad de todos y el cuidado que ponían a cada detalle para hacerte sentir siempre bien. No sobra decir que los snacks y comida entre buceos también fueron muy buenos. El buceo en estos sitios de por sí es maravilloso, pero el equipo de Divers Underground hizo todavía mejor la experiencia. Muchas gracias a Lara, Carlos y Andrés por hacer de mis buceos experiencias geniales e inolvidables. Súper recomendado Divers Underground, seguro volveré a México a bucear de nuevo con ellos.
