LLAME A LA CAFETERÍA PARA PEDIRLES UNA REFACTURACIÓN YA QUE LA RAZÓN SOCIAL ESTABA INCOMPLETA, Y LA PERSONA ENCARGADA DE HACERLAS, SE QUEJÓ DICIENDO QUE QUIEN EN UN PRINCIPIO SE EQUIVOCÓ FUE QUIEN PIDIÓ LA FACTURA, QUE NO ERA SU ERROR Y SE PUSO A PELEAR CONMIGO, AL FINAL ME DIJO QUE SI LA PODÍA REFACTURAR, ME LA ENVIÓ TODA MAL ESCRITA, LE E LLAMADA UN SIN FIN DE VECES Y AÚN NO PUEDE RESOLVERME, ME SORPRENDE COMO HAY GENTE ENCARGADA DE ESTE TIPO DE LUGARES QUE NO TIENEN LA CAPACIDAD DE RESOLVER LOS PROBLEMAS QUE SE LE PUEDEN SUCITAR Y PEOR AÚN QUE LES GUSTA PELEAR CON EL CLIENTE, NO SABEN EL SIGNIFICADO DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, EN FIN, OJALÁ QUE EL DUEÑO O ALGÚN ENCARGADO QUE SI LE INTERESA DAR UN BUEN SERVICIO LEA ESTO.
