We couldn't get the fish to bite, we saw them, they just weren't hungry. My buddies were feeling the effects from a late night before we boarded the boat so they did not fare too well. Manuel handled it like a champ. He made sure they had waters and were comfortable all the while maintaining the lines. Thank you, Manuel, see you next year!

We had a great time. Although the water was choppy with a front coming in the captain still gave us the option to run towards the main land for a chance at some mahi mahi. We passed on this because we were there just to try and catch fish we didn't care what they were. We had a great time caught a couple barracuda and a permit before we decided to bottom fish. Right off the bat we were on fish over the reef and we quickly had a handful in the boat. The crew and captain were working non stop even in the rain. The fresh caught barracuda salsa that was prepared was delicious and would love to get some more of it. If I'm ever back in Cozumel or Playa I will be contacting for another trip.

Excellent fishing and snorkeling trip. Plenty of room for 7 guests and the crew. Landed a nice wahoo which put up quite a fight. Luis and Ruly were excellent! Saw amazing fish and a gorgeous starfish. Highly recommended!!

I chartered a Deep Sea and Bottom Fishing excursion for my son and I to fish while in Mexico. We fished out of Playa Del Carmen and had a wonderful experience. The boat was clean, safe, equipment was top notch and the crew was wonderful. We were met by our fluent english speaking captain and in no time at all we were trolling for big game fish. With no luck trolling we switched off to bottom fishing and we started pulling up fish. My son's first fish was a barracuda and I hauled in an Amberjack. The captain tried his hardest to put us on fish in the very rough conditions. On the way back we once again trolled for big game fish and ended up hauling in a huge King Mackerel. My son was exhausted after fighting this beast to the boat! I do a lot of fishing in New England and I do some guiding, so I could tell the captain was giving everything he had into the trip. When I return to the Riviera Maya I plan on booking another trip with Cozumel Charters.

We had a great time. We had a short window of time due to just being in port during a cruise. But they where amazing. Manuel was friendly and funny. The trip included myself, husband teen daughter and son. Even my daughter, who thought the idea was dumb had a great time! It was a fantastic day! Thank you!

We had a great time. Got off the boat took a taxi to the marina aND they were there waiting on us. Got on the boat immediately. Caught 5 barracuda. Fredy and Joel were great.

We set off on our adventure for no fishing, simply snorkeling and relaxation. Javier and Joel were very easy to communcate with, and they catered to our every need. The snorkeling was some of the best I have ever done, they cared about our experience. They made us some of the best fresh guacamole I have ever eaten and served us watermelon and jicama soaked in salt and lime. They had plenty of water and beer on board for all of us. we were expecting to be taken to a beach club, which turned out to be a totally unihabited beach with white sand, where you just hung out in about 3 feet of water with the boat anchored, we were a little shocked when we found out that was the beach, but we ended up prefering it. (Was Beautiful) We voiced that we were interested in parasailing and the next thing we knew they handed us their phone and the guy on the line asked us how many wanted to parasail and told us they would come pick us up off of our boat so we wouldnt have to come to shore and wait in line. Everything about our experience was perfect. Make sure to request Joel and Javier! my only suggestion to change is get a cord so we could listen to our own music off our phones. See you next time

Oscar and the captain were amazing. From the time they picked us up at the hotel pier to the time we were dropped off we were given full attention and they did everything we expected and more. Within just a few minutes of departure, Oscar had lines in the water and we were hooked up to a large Mahi Mahi. The action was steady all day and in the end we ended up with 10 Mahi Mahi, 2 Barracuda, and a huge trigger fish (thanks to the crew accommodating when we wanted to try out reef fishing). I would not hesitate to book this crew again as they certainly know what they are doing and customer service is top notch. Thanks again Oscar and Daniel for making a great trip on our honeymoon!!

I would seriously recommend this fishing trip, we were on the boat 6 hours and the 3 crew members did an amazing job in find fish for us to catch.
We landed 1 grouper and 7 snapper which were all good sizes.
My party was just 2 people and the cost was well worth it.
This company in 100% legit and a great bunch of guys.

The deckhands were great and the captain knew where the fish were. If we didn't get seasick, it would have been perfect. We caught barracuda and then targeted shark after I asked if they ever catch shark. We got to the spot and in about 10 minutes we're hooked up with what appeared to be a huge shark. The deckhands were just as exciting as we were as the got their gloves on. My wife was videoing on her phone and for 3 1/2 minutes strait, the fish was peeling line. The captain was guiding the boat backwards just enough to catch up with the running fish. I just started reeling and a tooth must have cut the line. No big shark landed but that's the way it goes. The overall experience was great and couldn't ask for more from the crew. In fact, we payed for an economy boat but were upgraded to a larger one for no charge. Maybe because the seas were bigger or it was a slower time in the middle of the week? Anyway, it was great and we will be back next time although we will probably take their advice and use bracelets or pills next time. Thanks again!

This was my first time deep sea fishing. I tagged along with my husband and really didn't know what to expect. It was awesome! These guys really know what they are doing and we caught a total of 5 fish including tuna, barakuda and Mahi-mahi. The guys on the boat worked hard and made sure we were happy, providing us with drinks and fishing tips when we were reeling in the big fish! We ended our trip with some refreshing snorkeling off a neat little reef and onward to the Money bar where they cooked our fish to our desired taste. Our bellies were full and we were very happy that day! We gave thanks to the ocean, the island and the guys who worked so hard that day! We will for sure come back to Cozumel and do this again. One tip: take some dramamine before you go - I only got nauseous for a split second on the boat but it is wavy out there on the open sea.

Thanks to the wonderful Captain and crew we caught two fish! I know that doesn't seem like much but none of the other boat caught anything. So we were blessed to have such a crew that worked so hard for us. The Captain even cooked the fish for us right on the boat! The waters were a little rough so some of our group were sea sick and some were a little hungover (lol). We had a blast and want to do it again next time we are in Cozumel.

We booked a 4 hour deep sea and bottom fishing trip.We did not catch any blue water fish.But catch alot of trigger fish.And they clean them.We will be back in June,looking forward to it.
