Shows were great, but overall experience could be described as "war for territory". Place was too crowded, there was always someone pushing us around. Highlight was a couple grabbing my butt to piss me off, till security had to intervene. Unlike everything else in Mexico, this was a "never coming back here again ever" experience. Try not going on saturdays for better luck.

We had paid extra for perks and was told we would receive VIP treatment, unlimited drinks and great reserved seats with tables. Our group of 12 was led to the vip entrance by a waitress at 10:10 pm and were told we be going inside shortly. We watched the general admission guests enter until we were finally allowed entry at 10:55pm and was supposed to be led to our tables by the waitress who took off. Finally, after being corralled through security we managed to find our waitress who pointed to our seats and left. The seats were sections of the stadium bench that surrounds the interior and the two tables were the size of an airplanes tray table. We were told that we weren’t allowed to sit but stand only, which further aggravated a medical condition. The drinks promised were basically 4 bottles of low quality product and mix was extra. The service throughout our experience was less than expected and not keeping with other establishments in the area.
After receiving terrible service, the disappointing surroundings and a medical situation (brought on by the environment) some members of our group left after only 10 minutes. Trying to exit the establishment they were stopped by staff for questioning rather then trying assist.
Truly was a negative experience and we were all so looking forward to going. 2 out of 12 in our group had a good time.

We have been to these shows 3 times before and loved them. This experience was horrible .They changed it to be more like a video disco. It's no longer a performance like it was. The gold seats were horrible. We could not see what was going on for the bits of performance that they did provide. . The 118.00 US per person we paid was certainly over priced. I would never recommend going to anyone unless your in your 20s .

We were sold tickets and told we were going to have a good time only to find out that we had a table for 2 and an additional small table for 15 people. we were told to leave our belongings on the bus only to go back earlier to get my shoes and grab a cab no bus 🤨no luis or Anna 😐mind you we were told to leave our belongings that's not all after we got on the bus they tell us it's over until 3:20am in morning. Service sucks I do not recommend this place. In Mexico and not amazed by getting suckered for my money. We also had to walk 2 blocks in heels where we waited 20 minutes in line🤔🤔 Think twice about them. I will admit that the performances were good but for that amount of money you deserve some chairs with the $1600 you got from my group. MY SISTER NEVER GOT HER CAKE OR SPOTLIGHT ON THE SCREEN. YOU OWE 14 OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS 😡

Purchase Gold Member when you come, you will not regret it. For sure worth it and much better view with more space. Coco Bongo is a must anytime you can get to one, but be prepared for a late night.

An all out assault on your senses! Shows were well produced, music was great, service was fast and friendly.. we were in VIP and yes I'll admit the place was packed and over crowded and it was difficult to get to the bathrooms but overall we had a great time..

This is a small crowded club, where you can enjoy 25 shows and dance to incredible music. Just because there is not a lot room on a dance floor you might wanna stay close to the exit to dance more freely. Service is great, they exuded my expectations with everything. I would really like to go back again.

Was not good at all. Paid for so called VIP but was really gold member sat at an overcrowded seating area felt extremely packed and the waiters walk behind the aisles with drinks so your always pushed forward. Drinks are cheap and nasty no point in getting the gold membership. I understand we are in a Mexican country so I expect Latin music but whole night and then techno aswell. Should have stayed at the hotel and watched the hotel entertainment. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

Shows were well produced and entertaining but it is really hard to enjoy the whole thing because of the staff every 2 min I was getting asked if I wanted a shot for 5 dollars. It really is too much, this business should remember people are there to be entertained and not to constantly be harassed.

Whilst the show was good I could barely see. This was massively overcrowded, overpriced and over sold. After paying 70usd plus an extra 10 for express entry we spent nearly 45 mins queuing to get in. The staff would literally cram you in to a space where you can hardly move and spend the rest of the show barging past you. We left after the first hour. Just clever marketing and fake reviews. Save your money, Avoid.

Do not go.
Glorified rave. Hardly any showes just loud rave music. Do not go with any security guards. And be escorted to toilet by group. Fire hazard waiting to happen . Try to get u drunk to discuiise how bad show is

Entrance : 80 dollars with a glass 😂😂😘
Bottles : more than 200 dollars and you have to go with it at the end of the night, no garage

More expensive than the best places of Ibiza, London, Paris, New York and the best places of Mexico (Masaryk) in a country where the middle salary is far lower than the city I indicated.

Don't go there until they know where they are!!

They must be crazy and it appears that the people who made the comments before do not know nothing of the night, they seems to be ready to pay everything for nothing.

We paid for the all inclusive at $55 but it was cheapest alcohol. We ordered champagne at $1300 peso whic is aprox $70 and was charged $4900 aprox $265. It was took dark to see and now that i can see, I called my bank. Also they drag you to dance on the bar, but be careful, my friend fell, the paramedics came, saw her back, said she was fine or can pay to go to the hospital to be checked out. 2 days later she went back to the states and was seen, 2 broken ribs and punctured lung. They were quick to get rid of her

Always was under impression that it's another sweaty dance club, strip club, cheesy disco hall etc. Boy, was I wrong! Great vibes, feel good atmosphere we had a blast. Few pointers, after reading other posts and from personal experience:
1. Basic ticket is good enough;
2. Find a good spot - left or right of the center bar/stage;
3. Find a waiter, remember his name and tip him every time he brings you a drink - he'll take care of you for the rest of the night;
4. If you have an anniversary/birthday, tell your waiter about it - they will do a spot light & a song for you.

Loved this night club! It was only 60 dollars for the entry fee + unlimited drinks for the night. The show was great fun. We tipped the waiter to keep bringing us the drinks as the club got really full and was difficult to go to the bar. Absolutely must see.

put simply - epic experience and must do when in the city. coco bongo puts on a diverse mind-blowing performance covering timeless hits, current hits, action movie scenes and more. be prepared that the club is PACKED and if you're traveling in a "VIP" group with unlimited drinks optoin, service will be slow. overall, well worth the expense entry fee as the performers and celebrity look a likes are amazing!
