  Room is large and clean. They provide a water dispenser which was greatly appreciated. I booked this hotel based on the reviews I found, and it exceeded my expectations.

  Casa Mia Suites are in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The rooms are clean, beautiful, well stocked with glassware, full sized refrigerator, shave kit, dental kit, as well as tons of closet space and other storage. The room spelled clean and sweet (Jasmine scent) upon entering. LOVE IT HERE!

  un pésimo servicio, el portero se quedo dormido y me dejo a fuera 30 min, no tenían agua caliente, el cable no se veia y no funcionaba el Wifi y ya van mas de 15 dias y no me han podido hacer llegar la factura.
  No Lo Recomiendo!!!!!!!

  Hotel Boutique súper bonito, conservando ese estilo clasico rustico/moderno , nos hospedamos en la suite #4 muy amplia y bella, con cocineta!!! Es importante mencionar que el hotel tiene su propia terraza, desafortunadamente nosotros nos enteremos un par de horas antes de irnos asi es que no la pudimos disfrutar muy bien. Los jovenes que estaban en la recepcion nos recibieron con un trato muy amable. Sinceramente es un hotel ampliamente recomendable, en cuestion de instalaciones y servicios excelente!!!
