We just recently got back from our trip to Cabo during Thanksgiving break and the whole trip was amazing! From the time I booked our transportation it was a good experience. I posted on my social media asking for referrals from friends who had traveled to cabo and who they used for transportation. One of my friend mentioned CPL and said they had a great experience. I immediately looked up their website and reviews. Sadly there were not many reviews and nothing to assure me that it would be a good experience. I am always someone who will go with a business based on a personal referral so I chose to reach out anyway. Alan the head driver was very quick to respond via email and get all my information and confirmed we would have a private pick up when we arrived. We were not required to pay prior to arrival which made my husband a little leary but it turned out to be a great experience! Alan informed me of what to expect upon arrival and to bypass anyone trying to stop us in the airport and just make our way straight outside to which we would have someone waiting with a sign with our name on it. I cannot tell you how happy we were after a long morning of traveling to arrive and have someone ready and willing to get us on the road. No sooner did we grab a drink at the bar and our driver and vehicle was ready. Alan also communicated with us a day before letting us know that Ramon would be back to pick us up at the resort. Ramon was on time and very friendly. We were even stopped as we pulled out of the resort gate by transportation officers to check and see if we were who he said we were. We were a little uneasy at first being in a completely different company and being stopped by what looked like police but Ramon explained what was happening and why. He chatted with us all the way back to the airport. It was fun getting to know him and we hope to have him drive us again the next time we come to Cabo. We had such a great experience that we referred our friends who billing coming into Cabo at Christmas time! My son even said wow, he was a really friendly, personable driver and coming from a teenager who barely talks says a lot. Thank you guys so much for taking care of us! We will tell all of our friends about you!

After a 4 hour flight and long lines at immigration seeing one of the CPL drivers with your name on a large white card will put a smile on your face.
And once seated inside the vehicle a cooler with refreshments is very well received by all!
They are all very professional and courteous driving newer vehicles.

From the customer service to the drivers, they always have a wonderful service from start to finish. Clean and neat cars and always on time!!!
