  Cottages are really nice with a wonderful view to the forest. Personal is kind but the restaurant is quite disappointing, dishes are poor and service is slow.

  Muy mala comida,muy mala la atención por parte de los recepcionista, y olía mucho a humo las cabañas ya que tienen poco que sufrieron un incendio en la. Barranca y todo está contaminado a olor a cenizas de hecho me desperté con mucho dolor de cabeza yo me quedaría hospedado el día 7 y 8 de abril. Pero solo aguante la noche del día 7 y me tuve que retirar por El Fuerte olor a humo y la pésima atención ya que los contactos de mi cabaña ninguno servía, y no pude cargar mis celulares. Lo reporte al administrador un joven. Para que los arreglara valiéndoles madre todo, y por todo eso decidí aunque ya estaban pagado los dos días salirme y hospedarme en un hotel en zacatlan. Así que no se los recomiendo para nada, pero nada todo muy mal. Haaa. Sin contar los pésimos colchones. Así que tomen precauciones. Hay otras opciones mejores y asta más barato.

  Besides the location, (very quiet), right at the edge of nature, in a ravine where birds please your ears with beautiful sounds, room service is excellent, hot water running 24 hours, clean towels every day, bed sheets changed as required by smiling and efficient local ladies. Covered Pool with lukewarm water, open from 7am to 7pm. The cabins are easy to find, km. 66.6 Federal Highway 119 Zacatlan/Apizaco, quite close to the city of Puebla, State Capital. About 100 miles from the Port of Tuxpan in the Gulf of Mexico
