The view is great but it’s really the only good thing about this place.
It’s extortionate for Mexico City, you’d find cheaper food in New York or London. Service was fairly slow, which was okay since we wanted to hang around for the restaurant to revolve all the way round.
There’s a “bread service” which is charged per person. Since most high-end restaurants will give you complimentary bread I was shocked at the bread being on the bill when we didn’t ask for it in the first place. One of us was even allergic and couldn’t eat the bread anyway, and was still charged. We argued and had this charge taken off the bill, along with being wrongly charged for extra water.
The waiter also tried to push their celebration menu and other expensive options into us when we were only in for a small lunch. You get the impression that if you’re not there to spend a lot of money, they’re not interested in serving you.
They also don’t have a wireless card reader so if you’re paying with chip and pin you need to walk all the way around to the front desk - not really acceptable for a place like this.

The place is amazing and the view is breathtaking. Comparing with other big cities the price is good not overcharging. The food was great and good service. Older waiters with a straight forward service not younger and flirty like other chains of restaurants. We had a lovely appetizer, great main course and delicious dessert. Highly recommend.

This is a romantic place to take a date or your wife or husband for your anniversary. The view is amazing, from the 45th floor of the World Trade Center. Mexico City is smoggy, though, so it’s not as good of a view as you wish for. The food was excellent. We had calamari, caesar salad, a ribeye and salmon. All were well prepared, except my steak was a bit overdone. I find that outside the US, restaurants often overcook red meat. But the ambiance is splendid and the view is worth it. This is a very expensive restaurant, so I recommend only for special occasions.

We went on a package and they offered us: Bread, Salad, Corn Soup, Main Course (Chicken w/ Shrimp, Salmon, and Steak), Chocolate Tiramisu, and Coffee. Everything was good, except for the main course. Everyone in the group seemed iffy on the Chicken and Salmon. The tour guide specifically mentioned not to order the steak because it wasn’t so good. Maybe it’s so they save money? I imagine the regular menu is a lot better.
The service was excellent and the view was excellent. I can say they made up for the food quality. The bathroom was very clean. Am considering coming here again for my next visit to give the actual menu a try.response / report this review -

The view is amazing but the food is not ok.. we all had stomachache and the food take a lot to arrive .. for the price we elected a better quality of meals including desert. Those were really bad also.

Excessive pricing, unfriendly service and lousy food. The service was very slow, food was served cold and was sub-standard quality at an outrageous pricing for Mexico City. They even tried to charge 100 pesos for the bread alongside, which is downright ridiculous. Cannot recommend this place and will definitely never go there again.

Came several times for business dinners with overseas guests. This place is for the view only, the food is average at best. The service is terrible as the waiters know you only come once and wont become a regular guest. As we were charged twice for the bread we tipped less than 10% which resulted in the waiter not talking to us any longer.

Loved the view of this amazing city. Had we Recieved just slightly better service I would have rated this 5 stars. The server knew we weren't going to spend a tonne of money(just a couple drinks) so we weren't waited the way we should have been. Don't get me wrong he wasn't rude, he just wasn't as attentive as he could have been. Would still highly recommend this place to anyone. Go on a clear day if your lucky enough to experience one while in mexico city. I'd recommend arriving just before sunset.

This place has a complete lack of empathy for its guests. Food is absolutely lame and the chefs even have the cynicism to use canned food, even when they're charging you for gourmet dishes. Avoid a bitter experience, going to this place just for the panoramic view isn't worthy. If your looking for that, try Miralto at Torre Latinoamericana, where the food is better although the building isn't as trendy as WTC.

Beautiful view and nice, quiet atmosphere but I've had much better food at Applebee's. I'd suggest going there on a full stomach and only have drinks and take in the view.

I really did hate this place. The view is amazing. The food however, it's without a doubt disgusting! Its the worst I've had on this trip thus far! It gave me the runs and made me puke Not to mention, we tipped our waitor what we believed was fair, and as we were walking out, he literally chased us out of the building and asked for an extra 70 pesos after paying nearly 1500 pesos for our tasteless dinner. I will go back, just for the view and ask for water, and take my sweet time enjoying the view. I suggest you do the same!
