We had a great time. I took my 5 daughters and wife on the SubSee tour. Jesus (our guide on the boat out to the sub) was great! Made us feel welcome and was a lot of fun. Our Captain Filip was great too- took his job serious and kept us all safe. The ride out and back was like a party experience, beers and sodas if you wanted, music, just a fun time. Riding on the upper deck was a lot of fun for us with the kiddos. The SubSee was neat- saw lots of sea life and the reef was awesome. We were able to see turtles and rays and lot of fish, and even a mermaid!
I would recommend this trip for a family or anyone who didn’t want to snorkel but see underwater life.

Had an amazing time, Scuba diving was fantastic! The view was incredible and the workers were very nice. I recommend Jorge because he was focused on our safety and a great diver as well. 10 out of 10 expericance definitely recommend!

Went on the snorkeling underwater tour. The music was full of gangster rap and profanity - while families with young kids were on the boat - not adult only. The music was so loud, as in LOUD!, even when people asked to have it turned down nope! LOUD or nothing. With the very choppy weather conditions - this boat should not have ever been out there, the waves were too big for this boat to handle - everybody got majorly seasick, more than half the passengers were vomiting into plastic bags, while gangster rap and profanity was blasted in your ears as you were being continually thrown around on the boat, for what seemed like HOURS to get to our destination got to our destination, everybody was encouraged to get in the water, “to help with their sickness”! Holy cow! What a fearful experience! Huge waves! You couldn’t snorkel if you tried to, because you’d put your head in the water then a wave would come and fill your breathing tube, you’d then inhale a mouth full of salt water the boat didn’t stay near the group of people at all, so if you were to die from choking to death on salt water good luck flipping your way back. The kicker of it all was that the underwater museum didn’t even get to be seen, the guides didn’t know where to even take you to show you any of it.
The absolute worst $70 I spent. As we all crowded back into the boat and people continued to puke in plastic baggies that you could see through and smell. I was thankful for the ones who puked over the boat at least it wasn’t on the boat - when asked “ready to go to the next spot?” by the guides. Everybody shouted “go back! Go back!” The gangster rap, and loud profanity started blasting your ears again, and we were bound back to Aquaworld. This was again one of the most horrible things I’ve ever paid money for.

Literally an amazing experience. Cancun as a whole has beautiful friendly and awesome people. The service was perfect. They didn’t beg for tips or treat us poorly. We did the skyrider and wave runner. Both were fantastic! Wished it was a bit longer but nonetheless AMAZING. DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNY. If you ever come to Cancun you have to try it. We got an awesome deal for both for 183 bucks for 2 people 😌

It was mostly OK except for some rude behavior of the tour guide.

Booked a scuba discovery at Ritz, took a pool session then headed to the Aquaworld for the tank dive. Under the water a dark goatee guide was rude in giving instructions - almost very rude. I held my wife's hand for 5mins then suddenly he was trying so hard to separate us and it hurt me. There is no explaining on the boat afterwards. We have no problem to following whatever the rule is but he should know his customers are 1st time divers.

In the jungle tour I was trying to have fun by making some "lane shift" but still following the guide - he just stopped me and asked if I wanted to end the tour. Come on, this is called threatening. Again, I have no problem following any instruction but you have to know how to properly speak to a customer - don't have to be nice but at least with some respects.

Cancun hotel and restaurants services are perfect so I don't think Aquaworld guide meets the industry average (except when they ask for tips at the end of the trip). Find somewhere else.

Super nice staff but a bit disorganized. Both of our tours left late. We went at the time they recommended and sat waiting for our tour to go for 30-40 minutes both days. The tours were super fun and the staff was really friendly! We loved both teams of folks who took us out. On day one we did the jungle tour where we had the chance to drive our own speedboats (super fun!) and on day two we did the day long trip to isle Mujeres, which was fun but a bit too long to be in the sun the shopping was a bit repetitive but we still had a blast. We also did the sky rider at the hotel and that was a lot of fun. It would have been nicer to do parasailing in a harness like most places offer but instead you’re loaded into this love seat type contraption that they say is a lot safer, but we felt like we didn’t get the full experience of floating in the air. I recommend buying these tours for sure but you can get cheaper prices when you don’t buy them from the resorts.

Booked a Cenote dive through employee at hotel recreation desk. Van picked us up on time and took us to the dive shop near the cave. Equipment was ok. Dive was cool and went well right up to the point of returning. Once back at the hotel I noticed my personal regulators had been taken. Contacted Aquaworld and gave them the name of our guide. I even showed an employee a picture of him and they confirmed his name. Later they denied they had an employee with that name. They said they looked and that I left them at the cave which I did not. No one knew anything or carelesss to help locate them. It wasn’t until I got hotel management involved that the equipment magically appeared. If it wasn’t for the hotel I have no doubt they would have kept them. Never use this shady company.

Isabel Flores has very well explained and showed all the activities that aquaworld offers.
The bad weather did not allow us to book an activity. I recommend Isabel for his kindness

We had a blast on the Jungle Tour! Driving the boat was exhilarating. This was my husband's first time snorkeling too! Lots of fun! We also did the flowrider and captured some hilarious videos.

My fiance, sister and I swam with a whale shark in the ocean and it was AMAZING. I highly recommend Angel and Juan to be your guides for this trip, they were extremely responsibly and kind. I will be returning on my next trip to Cancun!

Went deep sea fishing. Was amazing! Caught a marlin, 2 rockfish, a shark and loads of tuna. We agreed it was to be catch and release but the guys kept the 2 rockfish. We hear they fetch a great price so wasn't happy about them keeping them.
Otherwise we had the most wonderful time. The guys were total professionals and knew their stuff. Would def do again. A once in a lifetime experience!!

I took my 10 year old son on a first time dive trip through Aquaworld. The crew was excellent, the gear was very good as well. The only issue was the sea was a bit rough for a beginner but that's not their fault. I will certainly dive with Aquaworld again the next time we go to Cancun!

Nice play to go and play. They are convenient to many hotels as they are tight in the middle of the strip. I just spent an hour on the wave rider my last morning before checking out and the guy helping/teaching was great. If you are on the hotel zone I would consider using them. Planning to bring the kids next time and will take them (ages 6-15 but more adventurous than most kids)

I was trying to book a tour. It says ferry and lunch for 10.25 on the front page. when you click on it, it charges you 85 dollars per person. I contacted them and jorge told me it specifies what package you click on. I said I understand it says lunch and ferry 10.25. I told him that's false advertising and most companies grant you the listing price. He says thanks for the advice and stops communicating with me. That's horrible representation for a company and what's posted should be granted. I have pictures of what's posted and what they try and charge after you click it

We dropped in last-minute, 11:40am for the noon Jungle Tour. AquaWorld's staff easily accommodated our family and got us set up with equipment and ready to go on time. Everything was well-organized, the larger Jungle Tour group is broken down into smaller groups led by individual guides. Pedro made sure everyone was comfortable operating the mini boats and knew what to expect before we set out. We really enjoyed boating across the lagoon and through the mangroves even though the water was really rough that day. Once our group reached the ocean, Pedro safely guided everyone into an anchored group, distributed masks, and then we were off to snorkel on the beautiful reefs! We brought our 2 kids along, ages 10 & 12 and they could handle this even in the rough seas and with limited snorkeling experience. This is a great way to spend an afternoon. AquaWorld does a great job of making it easy for visitors. Super Pedro is a fun guide whose experience with boating shows. Highly recommend!

Reservation team is the reason for "okay" rating. Scheduled a scuba dive for myself and three people. Reservation team changed the time and the price of our dive 3 times in 3 days because of "weather conditions" (slight wind and sunny each day). Seemed very disorganized. When we finally arrived on the day of the dive, the dive boat team was excellent. Took us to a great location and were very helpful.

What a nice place. We rented two waverunner times so I called to schedule a time and make sure everything was settled and was told they could not schedule my wife and I consecutively. So I told them an hour in between our 30min. Rentals was fine. When we got there they rescheduled and allowed to us to go one right after the other which was nice. My wife got the better as she had a 50min ride instead of a 30min. As she got to see the crocodiles in the lagoon. Overall I enjoyed the rental and experience. The guide was also really nice and lead us through choppy water allowing me to catch some air! I highly recommend this fun activity.

By the way the equipment is well maintained the speed is electronically shown and life jackets are provided although we also had a small docking fee of $8 per person.
