Its amaizing place to listen to the ocean and do many water activity. Its very cozy and has all the acomadations you need!!

It was a great place. Condos are big, nothing fancy but very comfortable. It is not on the beach and doesn't have beach access. The staff is very polite and helpful.
You can book through Airbnb or at the place. There are a lot of things to do around.response / report this review -

El edificio muy bien conservado y limpio. Aunque no esta frente al mar, hay un acceso cercano a la mejor zona de snorkel. Fallo el internet y el Sky.

Highly recommend! We have stayed at Amanecer twice and are looking forward to our third visit. The condos are spacious, very clean, and nothing feels or looks worn or dated. A housekeeper comes daily which makes vacation even more fantastic! Amanecer is an easy walking distance to Yal-ku lagoon and Half Moon Bay. We just rented bikes on our last trip and got around town easily. Staying at Amanecer makes vacation easy, enjoyable and memorable.

I've stayed in Amanecer Akumal twice while visiting Akumal, Mexico. The building itself is beautiful, with a mexican tiled staircase and a great roof view of the town. The rooms a clean and comfortable and the units have everything you could need. Akumal itself is a relaxing place with great beaches, restaurants, and other activities. It's a short drive to Tulum to visit the ruins. I will absolutely be returning to Akumal and will definitely stay in Amanecer Akumal again!
