  Small, easy, no surprises.
  I decided to go here rather than the airport for a rental car (it is very close to the metro) . I wanted to use my own insurance (declined their collision damage waiver (CDW)), which they allowed; they also would have let me decline liability insurance If I wanted, which was surprising to me. They do charge about $35,000 MXN refundable as collateral. The car was ready, and I received a much better car than requested. The gas tank only had an 1/8 tank, a little annoying. I returned the car early, they didn’t charge me for the days I didn’t use it, nice. For about 2-3 days the total car cost was something like $120 MXN, extremely good value. Their English was not great, but that is normal for anywhere in Mexico City and shouldn’t be expected.

  Mala atención de las dos empleadas en mostrador.
  De qué sirve que el auto rentado (Chevrolet Aveo 2017) esté en excelentes condiciones si las dos personas del mostrador no tienen actitud de servicio, intentan obtener más ganancias abusando de "las letras chiquitas".
  No cumplen lo pactado aun por correo confirmado, "penalizan" (así le llaman ellas mismas) por cualquier detalle.
  No revisan a fondo el auto recién llegado que será rentado de inmediato.
  Un ejemplo, con el auto rentado me tuve que fijar yo mismo que la llanta de refacción estaba ponchada, se los hice notar y ¡solo lo anotaron como observación!
  Argumentaron no tener quien la reparara o llevara a arreglar.
  Por mi cuenta la llevé a vulcanizadora.
  Pagué $60 que no me reembolsaron a la semana cuando devolví el coche y ni pedí por la satisfaccion del coche tan bueno.
  Sin embargo, intentaron cobrarme ¡Mil pesos por aspirar la arena de playa que tenían los pisos!
  Me negué rotundamente y no me permitieron llevar el auto a un servicio de aspirado a tres cuadras que cobra $60 por lavado total y aspirado.
  Finalmente me la dejaron en $150 casi haciéndome " manita de puerco".
  Muy molesto por estas empleadas que no corresponden a una compañía de tanto prestigio internacional.

  The service isn't the quickest, but at least the staff is nice and to 90% competent. They usually have some good cars in stock in case you get there without a reservation.

  Worst service ever seen. I have made a reservation for a car 1 week before via web site. When i got there at 3pm, no car was available, next was available at 16h30 and, if i wanted it, I had to pay a fee because higher class. Employee at desk was not trying to help or find any solution

  Horrible experience to rent with Hertz. Very unfriendly staff. Didn't respect the price of my reservation and tried to sell me easily 5 extra insurance packages etc. Even though my credit card does cover usual LDW and CDW insurance they wanted an extra deposit plus sell me their insurance. In the end I preferred to rent with another company. Should really work on their attitude.

  The rent us (august 2015) an old car and a broken GPS for a lot of money Hertz should adopt international standard everywhere in the world! I recommend you to check your car and your GPS too before signing any contract
