Trying to bring efficiency through technology unfortunately when there is electricity that time there is no network. When there is network, then there is a possibility of no electricity.

This is place where you process your driving licence in Lilongwe, my experience was bad. You have to wait all day long just to seat for a single road traffic tests. This government office is one of the most corrupt in Malawi.
