Very easy going place to stay at. The lodge sits on the shore of the lake - a great place to watch the sunrise from. The kitchen prepares food at very reasonable rates. The food was good and decent portions. The chips were mediocre. The lodge borders a village which is great to see and walk through.

Nanchengwa Lodge is a lovely place to stay at the Lake. I have gone to Nanchengwa with friends, family and business acquaintances numerous times and all the times we had fun and enjoyed our stay to a point that we did not want to leave. Ryan and Dayni always took good care of us and made sure each Lake experience was remember-able. I rate Nanchengwa 10 out of 10 and advise anyone looking for accommodation in Malawi or Lake Malawi to check it out!
